Too many negative reviews, no good! But today the pharmacy filled and delivered my prescription, no visible charge to me, as best and quickly as they could, I will give them the benefit, and the surprising plus was the courtesy call to go over the med use.Jan22/21-open invitation to the management: if you do not know how to train cashier staff in customer service and etiquette, feel free to ask me for pointers

I often visit this store for medicines and other items. The folks at the pharmacy are always helpful over the phone as well as in person. Same thing at the general checkout, the staff is helpful and courteous.

This location has been our go to for ten plus years. Staff is always very polite and professional. Great customer service.However, this location is due for renovations. Everything in the store looks old. From tiles to the ceiling. It’s congested too. It’s time to modernize. Also, they definitely don’t want their employees serving customers anymore. There is no one at the cash register.

Horrible service. I picked up an item that said was on sale and when I went to the cash register and questioned the regular price, I was told to come back in an hour because the sale starts at 6 o’clock. I then said that the price shouldn’t be here if it’s not in effect and I was told that this wasn’t “her” store and that’s the way it is. Not your store, but your job to have clients make purchases. Working in the cosmetic industry for nearly 14 years, I would suggest you picking a more experienced staff as the one working today around 5pm was really rude, uncaring and unhelpful.

I Was there today around 5 when a customer was being rude and very loud however, the girl who worked there handled the situation very professionally and explained that she couldn’t do anything as it’s against store policy. Excellent customer service and lovely staff members.

I Called to get info on how to use 2 puffers for my toddler, as the original shoppers I bought them from, no one was answering the phone, so I called here instead. The pharmacist picked up and said since I didn't get the puffers from this location she should prioritize her customers first. I said, are you serious lady, I couldn't get through to the other location, it was a quick question and then she decided to help me. Like you're already on the phone and you have the nerve to even speak to me like this, hang you head in shame..

Poor set up for check out. If Shoppers wants to sell groceries, clear out the impulse racks and give customers a place to put their groceries. Don't even suggest I use the self check out. I don't work there. You require staffing. Keep jobs. I don't care about your shareholders!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have been filling our prescriptions at this location for many, many years without any issues; in fact, I moved our prescriptions to this location from another close by Shoppers and have not been disappointed since. Today, I called to fill my own, my husband's and my daughter's prescriptions and was assisted by Henil. He was not only helpful but very patient and friendly. I could tell from the phones ringing in the background that the store was quite busy, so I appreciated the time and patience Henil took to handle a computer issue, and ultimately process my prescription refills in a VERY timely manner. Unfortunately, I was not able to thank Henil in person when I went in to the store to pick up, but I did share my thoughts with Veena (the owner) about his amazing service. Thanks again Henil for all of your assistance; much appreciated!

We have been very regular at SDM located in Streetsville. But few pharmacists are so rigid and non-cooperative. Today I went to pick prescription uploaded online via photograph. The pharmacist was making sure not to handover medicine until original is submitted. I explained multiple times that original prescription is somehow forgotten and I will submit the very next day. I told that she can check my ID etc. But no the pharmacist displayed such an unacceptable attitude. A person in pain and suffering needs medication, will you ask to bring piece of paper first? Whereas the photo uploaded on SDM website is from original prescription. I strongly wish if the owner can speak directly to me and I will give the pharmacist name. The positive side is that some pharmacists at this SDM go extra mile to help customers which is definitely a comforting sight. Highly disappointed with this instance.
