By far the worst bank I've ever seen in my whole life. The teller who served me was very rude and disrespectful. Mybe these kinds of rude manners and attitudes is common among filopinos. And that's why, I always try to stay away from them. So I brought my concerns to the managers ATT. And though he could see she was not letting us to talk and had to stop her himself!! He took her side. And did not apologise for her rude behaviour or maybe he did in his Chinese spacial way.No wounder why the bank is always dead with no clients.. I would not give them any stars but in order to post my posting have no other chice.

Warmest & friendliest staff I've experienced compared to other CIBC locations. Not surprised other locations redirect us to this branch to get certain issues resolved, staff here know how to get things done.Pouru is always cheerful and smiling, spreading positive energy to all, and Justin super helpful.

I was surprised at how rude this brown teller was and the refusing attitude he had towards me. Extremely impatient，I had 3 requests, he impatiently get the first job done but in an unbelievable hush manner. Then for the second request, gave me a nice and warm answer: “I can’t do it, I don’t have level”I mean, this is how CIBC train their staff? Or select their tellers? The world is in a hard time now, be nice pls and get your job done.Frustrating experience.

I visited this CIBC branch to help my dad with a transfer. The line was long but it moved quickly. We were helped by Maryam and Guriq, who were professional, warm and efficient. One of the nicest experience I had at a bank. Keep up the great work!

As a first time customer I was treated very warm and friendly. They were so helpful in finding the right type of business account for our company followed up to set the card on ATM. Later on, they were so responsive with my questions through emails to setting online banking. I am so happy that I chose Burrard CIBC and recommend it to everyone.

I’ve met financial consultant, Mr. Ehsan Moafi in this CIBC branch and he gave me outstanding service and the best advice on what to do.He clearly explained all aspects of my financial decisions in a way that helped me feel confident I was doing the right thing with my money and would be able to reach my financial goals.He created a detailed financial plan, introduced me to other service providers, and was with me till the last step of the way to check everything and make sure all is done properly.Highly recommended to anyone looking for a financial advisor

Give 5 stars to Mr. Guri. He helped me to solve my problem within 15m. Before, I called customer serve number again and again, and went to another branch. Other staff just wasted my time.
