This is long overdue: Diane, Dylan, Crystal, Charity and (I'm certain) all the others in the pharmacy are always absolutely stellar in both knowledge, courtesy, good humor and professionalism.They will always happily go beyond the call of duty (and job description) to communicate with your doctor's office / expedite a prescription (even when it is my bad for forgetting / procrastinating), and provide 'emergency supplies' if that fails.Dylan even noticed I wasn't getting the annual flu shot and convinced me...left me without a spec of doubt or hesitation...to start for the first time in my 60 years.Charity, after asking for my points card (which I didn't have), explained how to (legitimately of course!) get points credit for all those purchases missed in the past.Anyway I have several serious conditions, ergo an extraordinary number of vital prescriptions, so I definitely consider Diane and her team as central a resource of my health care as anyone. They are a REFRESHING exception to both 1.) the 'cost saving' trend toward recorded / automated customer service as well as 2.) the declining personal touch that is polluting all human transmission of goods and services these days.

I went in today to print 250+ photos of my husband who passed away a week ago for his celebration of life ceremony. When I went to the front to pay for my stuff, the till guy Ty and I got to talking. I was talking about my situation and he offered to pay for my order! I am so grateful for this amazing cashier who did not know me but did such a thoughtful act. Thank you so much Ty!

Nice clean store, Canada post location is nice and friendly. Pharmacy is usually good if you get the right pharmacist as some don't seem to know anything.

Pharmacists is very good specifically a gentleman. He is very honest and polite. He is also very accurate in his work and speed.

When it says there closed at nine they should close at 9 not 8:45 kinda annoying I don’t understand why the staff had to be super disrespectful when telling us to leave.

Completely terrible closed early im struggling needed one thing knew what I was getting kicked me out 10 minutes before closing because they closed the till early I do expect a formal apology and will be contacting the owner. Completely unacceptable
