Finley Custom Stair and Rail were fantastic to deal with. They came quickly to look at the job and provided a quote in a very timely manner. Cory was very clear in explaining options available to me, reasons for the options and reasons why certain things would not work. The craftsmanship of the complicated railing is excellent. Shayne did a beautiful job of the project. I do not think you can go wrong using Findley Custom Stair and Rail for your project. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. I highly recommend them.

We have had Cory and his crew build our main staircase. a basement stairwell and main floor landing. We are completely satisfied with not only the timely fashion it took to complete the work but also the out come of job was fantastic.From someone who makes a living where the highest level of detail is a must, we can't be more pleased with the effort and results of their work. Everything went exactly to the plan we had agreed to a few months ago with Finley. Had a couple of challenging areas where railings needed to be installed. We had an amazing experience and definitely recommend Finley stairs for anyone looking to update their railing or stairs!Daniela was very responsive to all my emails and provided great information on our project.Cory was prompt and efficient at taking the measurements as well as explaining the process to us.Shayne arrived and installed our new railing in just a few hours!
