Laurenzo is nothing less then awesome! He came to our house and serviced our furnace and AC Unit. Do not get fooled like I did and use one of those discount coupons that you get in the mail for a furnace or AC unit service. Laurenzo told me the straight goods about our older" furnace and gave me a couple of great options which we are considering right now. Westmount is the only HVAC company you should use!"

I hired Westmount to replace and correct ducting and exhaust venting on a 100 year old house. There were many challenges with height restrictions and space. Laurenzo's duct work is top shelf. He was fast. His work is neat and done proper. He is a true problem solver.The quote and correspondence were clear and timely. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend these guys.

We recently had our 25 year old mid-efficiency gas furnace replaced with a new Lennox high- efficiency furnace and A/C unit. Laurenzo was very prompt to come by, assess our existing situation and explain to us what work would be required to carry out the furnace replacement and the outdoor A/C installation. Before the end of the day, he emailed us a detailed quotation which itemized the units he proposed to use as well as the cost for each aspect of the work. We asked several questions both during his initial and subsequent visits and all were answered with clear explanations. He and his team arrived on time and our new furnace was up and running within a few hours.We would recommend Westmount Heating without hesitation.

While I would like to say when they installed the AC unit last year the service was great, quick and easy. Our AC unit stopped working and contacted them to book us a service. We booked on Friday via email for a service on Wednesday. A time slot was offered and we confirmed. Today no tech arrived and we were told by the scheduler that they did not see our confirmation email as they weren’t at work on Friday but answered our initial email request anyways, with temperatures expected to go up and having two young kids in the house, just forgetting to reply or check and book a slot that we were offered by you initially is unacceptable.

These guys are amazing! We had them out to swap our old furnace for a more efficient one the other day. Not only were they on-time, professional and fast, they were also friendly and considerate. We love our new furnace and woke up warm and toasty. I would highly recommend Lorenzo and his team.

I would highly recommend Westmount Heating. This is the third time I have used their services. They are a family owned company and from the first phone call with Kim at the office to the install, the service has been nothing but quality. The entire process I would say was fairly seamless, and the prices compared to other companies are competitive. Mirch was super knowledgeable in choosing the best furnace and went above and beyond helping me with the rebate paperwork with Fortis. I've had friends use their services as well and the feedback is always great! Thanks again to Westmount Heating for making this process so easy.
