Five star customer service was delivered at this location. Vira and Lucy are extremely exceptional and made my experience one of the best shopping experience during these difficult of Covid. Perfect balance of professional and friendly. They bounce off each other well and make customers such as I feel welcome.

I always have a great experience at this location. The prices are fantastic, the staff are extremely helpful and I was happy to see that they were abiding by all Covid restrictions. The wait was a bit long which is understandable considering the large amount of inventory, the types of products offered and the demand for the store. During all of my visits Lucy has been working and has strived to ensure that the experience is top notch. She is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and always friendly. Even with a mask you can tell that she is always happy to assist where needed and she adds a special touch to the shopping experience with her enthusiasm and welcoming personality. My only wish is that this location would expand their selections of Bumble and Bumble products to include the Surf Spray, but we can’t have everything!! haha

Normally, love to stop here when at this outlet mall. We had to wait outside due to a certain number of people allowed in the store at a time (understandable). Wait was very long, which was fine as I really wanted to shop. My issue was with the way I was chastised by the staff member who came to get me when it was my turn. She was very rude about me standing on the WRONG side of the doorway. Not really a great way to start a shopping experience. She was then snippy from that point on. I quickly looked around at what I wanted and left without purchasing. My dollars will be spent elsewhere, sorry.

Really nice store. The employees there can give me all the detail I want to know about the product and help me to find the best suitable one. Amazing service, super kind and friendly. The price is much cheaper than Sephora and have a better customer service than Sephora. Absolutely will come here again.

I had some skin allergy after using a Clinique product I bought at this store. Some others have weird smell. I think that maybe everything is expired and people should be aware of that.
