Very thorough and passionate instructor. Sohyun is a very knowledgeable. She knows every little details of joint and muscles and use that knowledge to pinpoint the area you need to work on. She is very friendly aand professional.소현 요가가 밴쿠버 제일아닐까 합니다. 이전에 클럽필라테스하는데 운동한거 같지도 않아서 바꾼건데, 항상 꼼꼼히하시고 학생들을 위해 수업도 더 길게 하시고... 힘들지만 항상 배우고갑니다.

플라잉 요가를 하고는 싶었지만 유연성이 없는 사람은 하기 어렵다고 해서 망설이고 있었는데 허리 통증에 좋다고 하고 trial이 있다고 해서 클래스에 갔었는데 쉽게 설명해 주셔서 그런 지 동작들을 할 수 있었고 거꾸로 매달리는 동작이 무섭긴 했는 대 또 재미있어서 바로 등록했답니다. 코어 근육을 무리하지 않게 세워가기를 기대합니다. ^^
