Speedy Glass Peterborough

Had my windshield replaced here. Staff were awesome! The replacement was the common price but done professionally and given a warranty. They also installed my winter windshield wipers for me out of curiosity. Great experience!

I strongly do not recommend this place because not only did they scratch up the paint on the new hood on my father's Tahoe, but they also failed to tell him about it so he sees it after he left the shop. He paid good money to have his vehicle look the way it does and they ruin it and were selfish! Also to top it off there is still a wind noise coming from the windshield so I guess it was poorly installed too. Lack of profession from this place! I have made the same post on their Facebook page with pictures in the comments.

The staff at speedy gave me excellent service today. The repaired my windshield well, and within the time frame proposed. Courteous and respectful. Free gift as well

Had a stone chip repaired on my truck and they did a horrible job. I couldn't even tell that it had been filled. I wish Apple Aito Glass was still in town because when they fill a chip it was no longer visible.

Terrible customer service. Local dealer told me glass was available next day. Speedy had almost 2 weeks to get it, called afternoon before my appointment to tell me they didn't get it. No attempt made on their part to make it right or make me happy. Called local glass shop who made room in their schedule to take care of me. Speedy has lost my business. My advice.....stay away!!!!

Had a stone chip repaired here. They were busy at the time I was there and I had to wait a while (50 minutes). But because of that they didn't charge me a cent so I'm not complaining.

I am completely overwhelmed by the quality of service that I received from Speedy Glass in Peterborough. To keep it brief - I had declined a rental vehicle through my insurance, when the window was to be replaced. When Speedy Glass couldn’t replace the window within the time frame they had quoted me (which by the way was due to a manufacturer’s defect of the new window) they rented me a vehicle. My insurance company had declined my request which I was hugely disappointed with!!Speedy Glass was very obliging, patient, efficient and my car was returned in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend them! They made a very challenging situation so much less stressful as my car had been vandalized.

Excellent service. Phil was extremely helpful and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. We moved from another province and they were very helpful at continuing the warranty from a different province and efficient with the repair work. Highly recommend.

Fast and courteous. Excellent price. Replaced with O.E Glass that took less time than expected to source, ship to their location, and have installed. Great warranty as well. Very happy customer.
