Purolator

After a lot of confusion with two companies' tracking information and at least an hour on the phone to both, trying to sort it out, Purolator re-delivered the item I'd refused earlier (thinking it was an order I'd cancelled). I'd been told that the driver wouldn't be able to return today but he did return just an hour later. I'm so grateful for their understanding and help with this delivery. The driver was very kind in the face of my error and so were the reps I'd spoken to. Nice people and delivery was on time.

The Purolator in Nanaimo is actually decent!I have had bad experiences with the company in a different city before. However this location is pretty good. They def tried to contact me when my package came and I was able to go in and pick it up with no issues. The staff's there were nice, and it did not seem like they hate their jobs lol.

A 5-star review to counterweight the many 1-star reviews. I had no problems at all with this location -- we'd received the note that the package had arrived, I showed up with ID, and the man at the counter took a note, went and got it, and that was that. He was helpful and pleasant. The facility was clean. It was ... Purolator, doing Purolator things. I guess that 5 star treatment" would really also include a coffee and a foot massage

Amazingly terrible company. On the phone for hours trying to get a small package from Victoria to Parksville. It's a 2 hour drive yet it will be over a week until it's delivered and I will have to pick it up. Will never ship anything through them again

Unbelievably bad and just like its parent, Canada Post, does not deliver deliver as promised. Parcel moved fast at first until the mechanical delay" got it caught up for days

Didn't wanna even give 1 star! Such a bad location with no customer service. The driver threw a 'Sorry We Missed You' note by my patio and they didn't even bother to knock or ring the doorbell!! Went to pick up the package leaving my work and they told me that the package was returned. This just saddens me that the location is not willing to improve on this part where customers are complaining about the same thing :(

Delivery driver threw my box 20 feet too my front door, ignoring three signs that state no deliveries

Received a phone message that my package was available for pickup until March 13th. I went there to pick it up and found out that it was returned to sender on March 10th. I played my voicemail message to the gentlemen who was working, confirming that it did say that it was going to be held until the 13th, but he could offer me nothing but a verbal apology without any compensation. Now I am having to deal with a third party and trying to get a refund. Very stressful, and I doubt I will receive my item. In addition, the first and only phone message I received began with this is a reminder that we have a package for you" despite the fact that this was the first notice I received that my package had arrived."

I'm giving this place 1 star because if I'm not home during delivery I have to drive 160km to pick up a package. If there's a note on the door saying you'll be back in an hour, why can't the driver make a second attempt, or automatically try again the next day!Purolator needs to have pick up services in all communities like Comox, or Courtenay...Why not create drop boxes like Amazon or use them if it is an Amazon delivery.

this has to be the best costumer service ive ever received, i didn't catch the operators name but he was so kind and helpful. he repeated all my details to me twice to ensure he got everything correct and is sending me a redelivery tomorrow for a package i missed. wanted to leave a nice review cause yall really were great!
