Grand Home Inspection
Devin was great! Super informative and covered every area of the house with pictures and suggestions on each area that may need a little love or when in the future. We felt like we really know what we’re looking at after his report. Even offered us a water or pop. Great service!

We had a great experience with Grand Home Inspection. The entire team was communicative and proactive from scheduling to the final report. Rachael did an excellent job day-of (on a very windy, rainy day too) and answered all of our questions. She made sure to start with our high-priority areas and follow-up on anything we were unsure of. Highly recommend--worth the investment to feel safe in your home!

Devin did a lovely job on our home inspection! As first-time homebuyers, we especially appreciated that he was clear, precise, and compassionate. Great work by Grand Home Inspection! Extremely thorough and Devin did an amazing job. I even had a list of things I figured no one would notice and he found all of them, very thorough job.Company is also quick to respond to any questions and addition of ancillary services.Definitely going to recommend them to friends and family.

Grand Home Inspection
Brian was very helpful walking us through the inspection report to make sure we understood, and pointing out some things that were not necessarily issues but good to know about the home. We appreciated the communication and that Brian seemed well informed and detail oriented. We also appreciated that when we would check in with him during the inspection he made us feel welcome and would give us a quick update of what he was doing and any concerns. Would recommend!
