It was OK but because we didn't kNow the type and model of the quad which we eventually found out it felt like the attendant serving us felt like we were hicks. Beneath him in a way. I didn't like the vibe. Didn't appreciate the derision and condescension. We don't dress sharp so what? You will probably end up having a different experience as overall it seemed like a cheery place but it was dull and cloudy day and who knows he may have been having trouble at home or so eone passed away or maybe his dirt bike broke. Overall its not bad though to be fair.

I have purchased here on more than one occasion. The have a great selection, and the staff in very helpful. My latest purchase was a pair of Klim winter riding gloves that had already been pulled from the shelves for storage. The staff member spent the time to bring out a couple of pairs for me to examine and try on. Very please with the service I received. I will return when next on Saskatchewan.

Have been in the store many times recently for parts and apparel after purchasing a couple of snowmobiles. I have dealt with numerous different Rec Supply employees, both on the phone, and at the front counter. I have to say I have been very impressed with the customer service I have received on every occasion. Friendly staff, great knowledge of products, accurate timelines for receiving back ordered items etc. It’s tough to find great customer sometimes these days so kudos to the Rec Supply team. Keep up the good work!

Since RC retired Matt and Dallas are doing a great job for the Harley people.I had both tires replaced and Matt called to tell me I needed new rear brake pads and the rotor had some damage as well.They replaced the pads and rotor for no additional labour charge.Thanks for a job well done !
