Went there with my sister for manis and pedis. Great service and excellent application. RECOMMEND! I got gel manicure with cat eye effect they do with a magnet. Love it! Thankyou!

Never disappointed!!! Love them always!....It's been almost a week since I saw Johnny and am still obsessed with my nails! I told him I wanted shiny spring colour nails with one unique one. I let him choose and I LOVE THEM! Never disappointed.Everyone who works here is also super friendly!

I took my daughter here to get her nails done for her 9th birthday. Kathy was absolutely amazing and was exceptional with my daughter.My daughter loved the color and designs to both her feet and hands.I would highly recommend Kathy and Richmond Nail Spa to anyone looking for a manicure or pedicure.

Richmond Nails & Spa is my go to salon. Exceptional service, very reasonable prices.The space itself is a bit dated, but regardless of that I felt pampered and my shellac pedicure was on point!

I have been to dozens of salons in Calgary, and have never found such a positive experience. You absolutely can’t go wrong at Richmond Nails and Spa!! My mom and I saw Johnny and Kathy for the first time last night, and we are blown away! They took time to understand exactly what we wanted, we didn’t feel rushed or pressured, they even let us try a couple things before doing the design to make sure we were happy. They were welcoming, funny, kind, and so so talented. This is my favourite manicure I’ve ever had! Our nails took longer than planned and they even stayed 45 minutes after close time to make sure they took their time. I have found my new nail salon, and highly recommend this lovely spot! Thank you Johnny and Kathy, and we will see you soon!!

At first I was very happy with my nails. However less than 12 hours one of my nails came off and when I tried to book a time no one was available. I was told to come back later. When I called later to confirm I was told they would be shutting down early even after I told them the time I would come back. Then tries to make an appt for Monday …. Not available. So very dissatisfied with the care afterwards . Definite felt if I was paying for the nail to be repaired they would have found the time.

Been going with my girlfriend for manicures, pedicures, etc for two years now. Always a very lovely and friendly environment. You always know our names, are able to make us laugh and smile and make what is already a pleasant spa experience even better. I absolutely loved my visit! I went with my mom and we both got Mani Pedis. Kathy and Oscar worked wonders on us both! The service was incredible alone with a super clean store. Friendly, patient, polite and helpful! Overall my best spa experience ever! Will definitely be coming back and would suggest their service to anyone!
