NAPA AUTOPRO - Bird's Auto Clinic

They always have excellent service. Fast and reliable. Recently my car stopped working suddenly and I had no idea why. I was stalled just outside of Hantsport and called Birds. They came over in their truck, got my car started and drove it to the shop. They even drove me to my house near by. Can't say enough good things.

Knowledgeable service representative. Work to my vehicle was well done and on time as promised.

My last service visit was like all the previous ones: excellent service by honest and friendly staff.

The old joke... Who is your Doctor's, doctor..? , Bird's is my go to shop!! After pulling wrenches 40hours plus a week, I have no interest in working on my own vehicles! Bobs prices, accurate diagnosis and fast service are second to none!!!

Bob is more than accommodating in getting my vehicle in , even if it's last minute and the staff are super friendly. I never worry that my car would ever be unsafe to drive after visiting Bob. They're amazing!

The group of people working at Bird's Auto Clinic are always on time, respectful, kind, fair in pricing, never take advantage of my lack of knowledge, and are happy to see me. They always provide me with a time estimate when my vehicle will be ready, and Hantsport is a beautiful town to walk in. The addition of a new cafe across the street is welcomed in the winter months! It's a wonderful feeling to be able to have full trust in your Auto Clinic and that is how I feel at Bird's.

Just called these folks to ask for a report on a vehicle I am looking to purchase as they had done the bulk of the service on it according to the carfax. They were extremely helpful. I had a sense that they were truly interested in doing what they could to help out even though I told them I was from out of town.UPDATE: My initial impression was correct. Mr. Bird himself gave me a call to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. He also explained that he could not send me any specific records lest he compromise the identity and privacy of the previous owner (who, by the way, was not the seller else there would have been a conflict of interest-- the vehicle was offered for sale by a car dealer). He was able to assure me that he had not advised the owner of any potential problems with the vehicle, nor was he aware of any such problems. I was very grateful.

This is by far the best place to get your vehicle worked on, ever. The customer service and mechanical expertise is flawless. I would recommend their services to anyone. Top notch!
