They were able to fix and repair our Nespresso machine in a reasonable amount of time.

Do NOT take your appliances here! Three times I took my Eletta cappuccino machine to them because it was leaking coffee.First round, they charged me $250 to replace a main board, I pick it up and come home, plug it in and now it magically can’t see the water tank even though it’s there. I take it back. They tell me that’s fixed. I bring it home and use it for 1 day only to find out it’s still leaking coffee. I take a picture and take it back, round three they send it home after swearing it’s fixed, I use it for a day, no fix. So three times and a $250 charge for me to waste my time and still have a broken machine.Also not a single apology for wasting my time.

I am lucky to have a dualit toaster and when it sized working the only Canadian repair option was Ontario and I am in Alberta However I found that it was a burnt wire and so Dualit advised me of Dorothy s place. I called in and they said to bring it in for look, and 48hrs later working again like new, and they cleaned it up for me!. Such a great local experience for sure.

Dorothy's is my go to place for small appliance repair and even some big appliances. Leanne has been a gem of a person to deal with and i can't say enough about her customer service and communication. There are 2 main repair guys I have met here and they are both exactly what I expected. Smart/Skilled and professional in there repairs and assessments. I have used many places to get repairs done for my business and in the end, these guys were the ones we stuck with. Bilotta food equipment were another company we tried and not only were the prices and estimates more than double, they were short, snobby and rude. Stick with Dorothy's and understand it's not a perfect science and parts can take different amounts of time to come in and you will have a great experience. Thanks Leanne and the team!! I had my Kitchenaid mixer fixed as the gears gave out. They were very friendly and the service time was quick. I would recommend them to my friends and family for repairs.

Vacuum warranty repair.Listened to my concerns and respected each oneProvided great service and replaced part at a minimal price which was understandable.Bissell warranty does not cover belts on Vacuums they informed me. I appreciated that they were upfront and even wrapped my vacuum in plastic so the wheels at the bottom where not scratched or soiled.The positive reviews are correct. Both the front end personal and the service in the back of the house provide amazing service and very much care what they do.Thank you again for the repair.Went beyond my expectations.

I ordered a charge cord from here and it was wrong. I asked for a certain model and told there was no problem. I then double checked and was told u will get your model #. I rode my bicycle from beaumont with no doubt as I double checked. I picked up the cord and didn't check it (i should have) and when I got home it was completely wrong. The employee working there really didn't want to work there. The place looks like a flea market inside. That's why a person double checks so this doesn't happen. Wasted my whole day for the wrong cord. Stay away.

Great experience. They replaced the switch on a floor lamp for me. The job was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I will return with any future appliance repairs.

Repaired my discontinued coffee maker. Also created a swag lamp for me that I couldn't find in the stores. Great staff prompt repair and reasonably priced.

Google maps said they were open Saturday of May long. Arrive to find note pinned to door stating closed till Wednesday.
