Back end of the store was a complete mess of boxes and unsorted stock, and they had about three skateboards for sale, all identical and none worth buying.

Well....I love West 49.Their clothes,shoes etc are awesome.My son loves it.I think the prices are decent as well.HOWEVER...they have now adopted the no money back" system which is REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD BUSINESS.So if you buy something and get it home and decide you dont like it

Terrible customer service Via email. No greetings, no name. Just one sentence replies that were not helpful at all. This was my first, and definitely will be my last online purchase. We will go elsewhere.
