Terrible Customer Service, sent in a request for a quote online, took them 3 weeks to respond.Then when I set up a time for them to come out and do an estimate and formal quote, they didn’t even show up. Even after receiving a confirmation appointment email the day before! I took time off work to meet with them mid day for this estimate and then boom, no show. Didn’t even get a courtesy call for cancellation or change. Hurts me to even give them 1 star, unfortunately 0 stars isn’t an option.

Seen one too many of their driveways peel off on pieces during winter time. Even play grounds where kids play alot like swings have huge holes. Doesn't seem to take much to wear their product away.

Fast service having the salesperson come out for the estimate. Fast service acceppting the deposit. Huge delay in scheduling the actual work. Then the date is not met, i am left to contact and find out why the work and product i have put a healthy deposit on has not begun. The only party being inconvenienced here is my family.We will see if the end product is worth the hassle.

I became aware of Shercom industries about ten years ago. Since then I have use their products for landscaping and just finished using them again on my new to me homes. I have referred them to many of my friends and will continue to do so. I am also strongly considering getting them to redo my driveway. I have several neighbours who have their rubber surface driveways and all of them have nothing but positive things to say.

I've bought lots of product for my yard from Shercom and its AMAZING!! The rubber edging is perfect for my flower beds & wrapping around my trees. This edging is designed so you can still use your lawnmower without chopping over that cheap plastic stuff everyone seems to waste their money on. The rubber mulch is non-fading (3 years so far) and keeps my cedar trees with lots of moisture!! You can have that professional look without the price tag!!

For a place that requires tires and other rubber to recycle for their overpriced products, one would think they would accept tires brought in to them. Instead, they expect you to pay them $5.25 per tire for the oh so holy privilege of bringing them the product they need to stay in business. Shercom is a complete and utter joke of a company. Someone needs to either put them in their place or start up some competition. And my single star rating was still too high.....but it was necessary to post.

They did a great job on our steps absolutely love them. This company needs an administrative assistant to help them better schedule appointments and follow up, I understand weather conditions create delays but their communication skills need updating
