Great hotpot, good service. The taste of beef balls was disappointing. I love the fried steamed buns with condensed milk.

Beyond great customer service there isn’t much going for this place. All you can eat for 29.99 on Friday and weekend but then have to add on the soup base which ranges from $9~$17. FYI beef, lamb, and actual pieces of “fresh” meat are extra orders. It is okay if the cost is pricey if the food quality can match it. However the food does not come close to the price. Vegetables are rotting with some parts already liquified, chicken wings have a very strong ammonia taste to them, and seafood are kept in milky white water. Turns out the freshest food are the processed beancurds, meatballs, and fishcakes. The place is beautiful, the servers are attentive, but the whole experience was let down by what should have been the highlight: Food.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The price is well worth All the food you get. It IS all you can eat after all. Lots of options for food, broth and sauces. And everyone always made sure we were doing well throughout the meal and even chatted with us to make sure we were satisfied on the way out. Definitely will be back again soon ✌️

Hotpot was decent, service was great. I love their watermelon juice! That was the star of the meal for me, watermelon juice. This place is definitely not a place to come frequently or your student wallet will seriously die with the expensive price. Really nice looking inside, and a clean, well maintained place. Worth a try at least once.

Went for the super spicy original (beef talllaw) in one half, and tomato in the other. It was fantastic. I actually thought it would be spicier. The dipping sauce you make for yourself makes a world of difference also. Go hungry!

The best hot pot I ever had. The place has the most friendliest staff I have ever seen. They actually make you feel like they care for you and they are always ready to serve you right when you need. The food was exceptional, me and my wife had the all you can eat with the chicken soup base and had the watermelon juice. We paid $90 with tips and it was totally worth it. The seafood was so fresh that I could feel it in the taste. I am definitely feeling like going back again today but $90 for two days straight is a little too much for a student to spend. The restaurant will be highly recommended by me. They even gave space to say my prayers while I was there and that was also very nice. Moral Village keep it up!

It's a very nice looking establishment with friendly staff. The food is alright, selection isn't that great and dessert (just green tea and red bean ice cream) is sad for the price you're paying. Sauces to use with the hot pot weren't that great either. Overall, very meh experience but horrendously expensive for what we got. $100 for three people, tax and tip included.

My first time trying hotpot and it was a great experience. An amazing variety of food choices such as meats like lamb, beef and tripe, seafood such as fresh prawns, mussels and squid, fried and fresh bean curd and tofu, fresh noodles and raw vegetables like pumpkin, sweet corn and spinach. We had both the wild mushroom broth (very mild which I needed!) and the 10 Year Spicy broth which my colleagues said was great but was too spicy for me. A great dining option if you have a group with many dietary choices. The homemade seafood balls and dumplings were delicious, and it was great to try out different things from the sauces/seasonings bar. For the price it would have been nice to have had a few more dessert options however, since they just had a few types of ice cream. The broth price is separate from the all you can eat price for things to cook in the broth, so it is helpful to split and share with a bigger group as the broth will be regularly filled up during your meal. Make sure to bring cash or debit.

Inside looks great, good atmosphere, love the music playlist, and very diverse variation of sides. However my friend found two dead flies in her sauce (from the self serve sauce bar area) and that raised a sanitary concern and made me loose appetite.

Decent selection of meats and items. A little pricy as you pay for the soup separately as well, so it's worth it if you go with four people. Both lunch and dinner are the same price.
