The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable! Spent around an hour just browsing and picking out aquarium accessories - they have everything! I’m excited to go back and buy some live plants! 100% recommend this pet store, especially for aquarium beginners!

Every single one of their betta fish has extremely severe fin rot. They don't allow you near the live fish anymore, probably because others here have posted pics of the deplorable conditions they're in. So you know it's pretty bad when I could spot the fin rot from 6 feet away. The other live animals are all being kept in enclosures that are way too small for them and extremely overcrowded. To the owners: Please research the minimum care guides of the animals you're keeping, this is wrong. I counted and you actually have enough 3 gallon tanks in store to house all of your betta fish. You could start small with that. They need heaters too, as they are tropical fish. You are causing them a slow agonizing death where their organs are slowly shutting down from the cold, and their skin and insides are constantly burning from ammonia poisoning. Imagine the air you breathe burning your lungs. Recent studies have proven fish can feel pain, please do the right thing.

Don’t think this place is cheap cause it’s in China town, they triple the prices than what you could find in other popular pet stores. I purchased a turtle with an aquarium. The woman (Jennifer) is never going tell you the store policy (no return or refund) till you pay and they guarantee your money in their pocket. Afterwards, found exact same product (same quality) from Pet Smart with 75% cheaper than the price that this store sell’s. They will scam you with very poor quality and no guarantee after sale. Stay away from this store even if you spend more money with better quality in different store.

I wanted to like this place but they don’t take good care of their animals. A lot of them don’t have enough enrichment or space: many fish tanks have nothing but the filter inside, the ferret cage had nothing but bedding/food/water, a canary only had a single perch and no toys, and the hamster cages were extremely small and some didn’t even had a hut to hide in. The staff were a mixed bag; the daughter was kind but the parents were watching me and didn’t want any people to look, only buy. I felt so sad seeing those poor hamsters in microscopically small and dirty cages

They take very good care of their fish from what I’ve seen. Just bought a bunch of healthy fancy guppies, and they are a delight!

The staffs are friendly but everything is overpriced here. For example they selling an ordinary oranda the same price as if it’s Thai orandas… you can compare some other common fish price with PetSmart and you’ll know how much they overcharge!

The staff was very welcoming, the store layout is pretty organized. It's mainly a fish & bird pet store. The fish they have is pretty amazing and slightly pricey. It was a nice experience walking through the store. The story isn't fancy but from what I've seen, they really take care and pride in their animals.

This place is quite disgusting in terms of how they treat the animals. Ive called and went there in person and everytime they say that its cleaning day (even though when i call i tell them a different day than i came in). After the 1st time i complained they added some enrichment in a few tanks but most animals were trying to hide behind the filter or a piece of twig or in a corner its quite heartbreaking and beyond appalling that they find this acceptable. Quite sad and heartbroken for these animals who survived the shipping process only to be put in these lonely cold" tanks while the bright white light surrounds them. Do better. I dont understand how you guys think this is acceptable. This pics do no justice. The videos show how traumatizing it must be for them. Including the lobster running back and forth irradically and fish hiding behind filters in tanks."
