It's a pleasure to leave a review for this salon. I've been going to Bravo salon for a few years now to see Parvan. She's been doing my highlights and colour for 8-9 years. I drive all the way from Vancouver to see her and wouldn't dare go anywhere else. Not only is she a good hairdresser she cares. She will make sure you leave there very happy and wanting to go back.Bravo salon has great prices and great staff!If you haven't gone you should.Thank you,Tina

parvan/par is an amazing hairstylist, she has alot of experience. she spent alot of time fixing my orange colour mistake, ive seen ber twice and she is a perfectionist. I absolutely recommend her for hair color, hair cuts, hair fixing, everything you need shes the one.

Unfortunately I can't remember the name of who was there but both ladies working a month ago were rude to my trans child looking down and snickering about the boys cut he wanted. After correcting them on my sons pronouns numerous times they continued to use girls pronouns and charged us for a woman's cut instead of a boys hair cut. The treatment was atrocious and embarrassing for my child not to mention the haircut itself was also choppy and terrible. It was basically a choppy bowl cut, not the short shaggy he requested (basically supposed to be a 1 inch trim). My partner had to fix it when we got home and consoled my son about how it will grow out and we can fix the cut at a better salon next time. Hopefully where the hairdressers at least respect his pronouns and hair choices.Edited note: when lying to customers in your response it might be useful to delete the evidence that shows its a lie. The sandwich board showing women's and men's pricing is still in front of your store and you even have pics on Google. Nice try. You just proved the transphobic treatment we experienced was intentional. My child was in chair for half an hour and I watched them click women's on the screen. No apology to how my child was treated shows how your business views trans people.***To anyone else reading this- they had 2.9 star review when we left that day and I'm pretty sure all those recent reviews from random 1 review accounts are fake reviews to boost over the bad ones. Don't trust this terrible place with your hair. They are running a super shady practice

The hair stylist is very good. The salon has no heat. It was freezing there dec21/22. Have some heaters going. When getting hair products on wet hair felt like a cold shower. Woke up today for the 1rst cold in years. All this time no covid or cold but getting hair done sitting in salon for 2 hours freezing got this. Not happy at all!!!!. Not fair to workers or clients to have no heat.

If you want a great hair cut and color book an appointment with Parvana. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is an awesome stylus and has a gentle touch and kind nature. You will be back time & time again because Parvana is a gem!Leslie Coupland

I have had a great experience with the stylist Par, she did amazing job with my hair, she was friendly, understanding and gave me feedbacks on what i should do with my hair. I would definitely recommend to get PAR, to do you hair!! I will come back for sure for her to do my highlights for the summer :).Thank you

Very good pricing and loved the end result . No complaints . Stylist was par this time. Last time it was someone else who also did a great job.
