I bought an adventure 1I had a few errors for throttle and speedometer the staff at the shop let me bring my bike in on a Saturday and did a full diagnostic review and found out it was the controller or “brain” of the bike. Everything is working properly now.Thank you Peter and staff. Always very helpful and professional!!

The level.2 ebike (I bought 3) is excellent 'bang for the buck' especially with the torque rather than cadence pedal assist.Two minor issues (broken plastic pieces due to shipping) were dealt with very quickly by Ezbike.I highly recommend both the Avanton bikes and the Ezbike store.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Great service from Vincent and Peter... they patiently answered questions, arranged for an amazing delivery experience, and made the experience amazing from beginning to end. I cant wait to ride the Aventon Level 2. I'll be coming back for sure.Quick addition: I’d give Peter and team ten stars for customer service. I had installed a bike hitch rack incorrectly, and brought in to see if they could assist me with removing it. Peter was phenomenal and very patient in getting the rack off, and completely saved the day. You want to go to a place like this with their level of customer commitment and satisfaction. Thanks again, I highly recommend EZBIKE for your e-bike and scooter needs.

Vincent was a pleasure to deal with.I bought an Aventon bike one week for my wife and then a week later bought the same bike for me. He was so good to deal with I decided to use him for all my bike rack needs as well as he is a Kuat dealer. Vincent was responsive and called me directly to answer my questions… very helpful indeed. His shipping arrived on time and in great condition and so far there have been no issues. I would definitely use him again and recommend him without any hesitations.

After a lot of research into what E-Bike to get I landed on the Aventon Sinch Step-Through. I am extremely pleased with the bike, it is a lot of fun to ride and I look forward to riding to work once the bike paths are clear.Not having the convenience of a local shop that sells Aventon bikes I ordered my bike from EZ Bike's website since they had the best price in Canada, have free shipping, and are only a couple hours away should I ever need to bring the bike in for service. It was a smooth easy transaction and within a few days Vincent from EZ Bike called me up saying he was making a run to my area and could deliver my bike directly.This was great customer service since my bike was hand delivered in pristine condition. Vincent was extremely friendly, gave me an overview of the bike and even gave me a complementary helmet and bike cover.A week later and after getting my backside coated in mud spray I returned to EZ Bike's website and ordered the fender set for my bike. Vincent called me up the next day and offered to cover the shipping since I purchased a bike from them. They didn't have to do this but it is much appreciated and just another example of great customer service and going above and beyond.

After doing many hours of research, I decided to make my online purchase with EZbike. Vincent was very helpful when I called and answered my questions thoroughly. I bought two Aventon Adventure 2 Ebikes and I'm having them shipped to Alberta. They are currently on pre-order, so I will give an updated review once they have arrived. EZbike was a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation with recommending them. Thank you for a great experience.Update: We are loving our ebikes! Shipping was fast and they provided good updates for delivery timeline ( I didn't purchase shipping insurance). The bikes are very easy to assemble (watch the video). The bikes are amazing, makes me feel like a kid again when riding. I've gone over 350Km in the last month and only have had one minor issue with some brake noise on both bikes. That was a simple fix to adjust the front caliper to center the brake pads ( Loosen the caliper bolts, squeeze brake lever, tighten bolts while squeezing).Vincent has been great to deal with and made sure our needs were looked after. Would definitely recommend!
