Thank you Bunches Direct Canada for making my wedding this year such a success. My delivery was fast, on time (thank you Jeremy) and delivered in perfect condition. My bouquet was super extravagant yet simple, my centerpieces were to die for. All in all, I'm so happy my dreams came true! I will recommend these guys for all occasions but wedding and engagement are a must. Thank you once again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered from them for my business’ Mother’s Day orders. The White flowers that I got were already wilted, petals were falling off, super small and very bad quality.When I contacted them about the issue, I asked for just a refund on part of the order that was bad. I provided pictures, and they told me they can’t do anything because I didn’t report it within the 12hr window after ordering! The customer service rep was very rude over the phone, and was not helpful whatsoever.I wish I could give them zero stars honestly! Stay away!

I can’t say enough about the beautiful and fresh bulk flowers we got for our wedding.We ordered online and were a bit skeptical that we’ll receive as good product as with a regular florist but were really amazed of the efficiency and quality.Not to mention that we saved nearly half of what we would have paid for the same blooms from a local florist. Great job!Highly recommended.

Wedding was Saturday Aug 20th and 3/4 of our floral order arrived this morning Monday Aug 22nd. Pretty much everything was turning brown when we opened it. $450 worth of floral and greenery was not only late... but unusable.Our order was placed with instruction for delivery Friday Aug 19th when we ordered them Aug 3rd.* edited/added below Aug 30th.After some back and forth with Bunches Direct, they credited our card the value of what did not arrive in time.So happy they care enough about customer satisfaction that they made it right.I'd recommend using Bunches Direct, just keep a watchful eye on the tracking of your packages. Maybe ask for them to arrive 2 says prior to your event just to be safe. Lol

If I could give 0 Stars I would!!!10/10 would NEVER recommend. Definitely can get better service and flowers elsewhere. They don’t get back to their customers, nor do they have good customer service. They caused unnecessary stress for the bride and sent dry/ wilted flowers and won’t offer any compensation! Sucks a horrible company save your time and take your service else where!!Disgusted!!

I ordered A LOT of flowers to make arrangements for my wedding day. I am not a florist, I have never ordered bulk flowers before.Part of my order: many many different types and colours of roses, 2 types of greens, hypericum, wax flowers, anemones ($$$), 2 types of dahlia ($$$), astilbe.Positives of my experience:The flowers arrived when specifiedBunches Direct was dissatisfied with the quality of the greens they received to send me and contacted me via phone prior to shipping to make a substitutionThe colours were gorgeous, with the exception of the astilbe which showed a very bright pink in the online photo and was baby pink, almost brown… not sure if they were drying out and that resulted in the brown shade, but I did not end up using them in my arrangementsI was able to make all of the centrepieces, boutonnières, and flower crown I had planned for my wedding day with the flowers I received and they looked just like I wanted them to. Guests loved their boutonnières.The flowers came all smooshed into a small box BUT I followed the care directions and most of them rejuvenated… but on that note into some of the less positive parts of my experience come in…Less positive:All of the dahlias that arrived were unusable, they were browning and shrivelled, petals falling out with slight movement. They did not perk up with proper care. I was in a absolute frenzy in prepping for my completely DIY wedding and was not able to contact Bunches within the 24 hour period to request a refund. Disappointing because they were $100 of my $1000 order. It was my bad for missing the 24 hour window because I just COULD NOT reply within the time constraint, I didn’t even get a chance to look at the policy until after my wedding was over… but I would suggest a slightly larger window for reporting concerns with an order and requesting a refund. Related to refund window, lots of the flowers looked bad when I very first opened the box but revived over the next 24 hours in water before I did the arrangements… so if I had been reporting quality concerns within 24 hours it may have been a much larger portion of my order that actually turned out to be ok. In the end, the dahlias were the only part of my order that I was not at all satisfied with.There were a few flowers out of every bunch that were browning, and a few less that actually had mold. I would say probably about 5-10% of my order were flowers I did not want to use in my arrangements due to looking not great. Again, I have not ordered in bulk before but I assume there is a certain percentage you may expect to be imperfect. So especially if you are ordering a small number, I would say it would be wise to order a bit more than you anticipate actually needing.Despite the above, I would order again. Overall I achieved what I wanted to achieve. I don’t regret my purchase, only regret not reading the refund policy asap and would have found a longer window beneficial.

PSA for all potential clients. Take your money elsewhere and purchase from a company that actually cares about their clients and product.I was MOH in a wedding this past weekend where the bride had ordered her flowers from this company.40 hours prior to the wedding we receive a package that had half of our flower order. Of course, with only half of our order our bride went into panic mode and we were all looking at the tracking info/order info and only had the one tracking order saying that our order was fulfilled. After calling and emailing the company we get word back from the customer service team that our only half of our order was shipped and we were going to have to wait for the other half to get delivered later (night before wedding - 5pm the day before the wedding to be exact). The support staff member we were dealing with was quite frankly very rude and unprofessional.Luckily we had an amazing wedding party and parents involved and were all agreed we should get some back up greenery from Costco since we were cutting it very close to the wedding.Night before wedding - the remainder of our order comes in and the majority of our order arrived wilted, brown and dead. Not to mention they arrived so late in the day if we didn’t get the back of flowers from Costco we would have been completely screwed for the wedding.2 days after the wedding the bride emails pictures of our order which showed up dead and asked for a refund - the customer service was again very rude and unprofessional. But they also stated in order to qualify for a refund the bride should’ve emailed 12 hours after she got her order. Which was on her wedding day and on a Saturday - they are closed on weekends regardless so there were no hours we could even contact anybody regarding this within the 12 hour window.Weddings are already stressful enough just save your time and energy and order from anywhere else unless you want to waste money on dead plants.

DON'T TAKE THE CHANCE!!Im a professional florist and decided to give bunches direct a try for some of my thanksgiving product, what an absolute waste of time and money! Upon receiving the wrong roses I unpacked them and noticed the majority of the 25 pack if roses has rotten petals. And 12/20 of my sunflowers were either rotten, headless or had so many missing petals I couldn't use them.I contacted Bunches direct and was responded to with a condescending email on rose care, gaurd petals and was informed to remove the rotten petals on the roses, as if that is some sort of solution. Clealry the staff at bunches direct dont know as much about roses as they should. Informing people to remove internal rose petals, will in fact ruin the integrity of the rose and the rest of the petals will usually fall out as a result.I told them the issue was not with the gaurd petals and with the fact the roses clearly weren't of good quality. They did nothing to remedy the situation! I was refunded for 5 sunflowers and that was it. They did offer me a discount on my next order" which will obviously never happen. As I will NEVER use this company again.I was fortunate enough to be able to replace the damaged product last minute with the beautiful high quality flowers Costco carries. Thank goodness!!Please please don't take the chance of wasting your money to have your wedding flowers arrive in horrible condition.I ended up having to spend $100+ extra out of pocket to remedy bunches directs horrible product.I'd hate to see a beautiful bride not end up with the flowers she desires due to shotty business practice and subpar product.Bunches directs customer service is lacking in knowledge

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my wedding and they arrived, in full bloom, with heads following off, and MOLDING. Was given absolutely no money off the order nor were they replaced. Customer service was horrible. They clearly do not care at all about any of their customers or their products. I had to go out and buy new flowers the day before the wedding to make up for the garbage they sent me.We actually complained one day after the wedding (since people generally have other things to worry about on their wedding day), it took customer service multiple days to reply to us - thus making it ‘a week later.’I will add more photos of your damaged flowers, as per requested. You can also note that the roses - already in full bloom and browning at the edges were an additional problem mentioned in our email and other people’s reviews.

Stay away. SCAMMMM! You are wasting your money. I wish I could give zero star. The flowers arrived all perished and detached. I filed a complaint only for them to tell me that they are fine and they dont accept complaint after 12 hours! They are scams. Also they are not responsive, you can never track your product. They leave you in suspense and stress of whether or not you will have your flowers and the flowers will be dropped off at your door without even ringing a bell or anything. Sophia the person I contacted have me the most awful response. I threw out the 600$ I spent with them and had to find a last minute flouriest to make me all the flower arrangements I needed in less than 12 hours. what a big scam this company is.
