Deltec is a very professional contractor. I hired Deltec for the repair of my outdoor concrete work. It was a challenging job due to poor condition of my balcony and stairs with multiple issues (Cracks, spalling, water infiltration and so on...). John used his experience and knowledge to properly repair the structure. I am very satisfied. there are not too many contractor that would be able to tackle and successfully complete this Job. I Definitely recommend this company.

We hired Deltec to repair a poorly formed/built patio. John transformed my patio into a beautiful thing! The patio was badly formed & poured; stairs uneven and not correctly sized; water pooling up on several spots and collected directly in front of the door. Not a single edge was straight or true. Super disappointed! But then we called DELTEC and now we are SUPER HAPPY with our patio! Outstanding attention to detail and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good about the quality of Deltec's work. Worth every penny!!

Deltec did an excellent job on my concrete steps, as well as injecting a foundation crack. I couldn't be more pleased with the results.
