Nice practice studios, little difficult to find. Everyone is friendly, schedule seems geared more towards people who don't have M-F work weeks.

Definitely don't buy a pass from these guys unless you're 100% sure you can use it. They will not give you a refund! Very disappointing that they need to keep my money and only offer me a gift card which requires me to spend even more money than what they wont return. I didn't realize they were so hard up to keep peoples money without providing a service.

Yoga For Today
I did the beginners class and felt the instruction was clear. I was able to stretch and relax and felt rejuvenated afterwards. I will definitely be back.

I just wanted to mention the other services (acupuncture, massage) offered by Michael Goshko through Yoga for Today. He is a very knowledgable & conscientious person that I would highly recommend!

Yoga For Today
I had the pleasure of attending a 6 day course at this beautiful studio. Not only is the studio a warm, loving and inviting place but Chris the owner/operator was just spectacular as well. I don't live in Alberta but if I had a home studio like Yoga for Today, man would I feel grateful! I also had two massages done, one by Rhonda and one by Barb. Both were exquisite. I almost forgot- I tried the infrared sauna as well and it was wonderful. A beautiful space- filled with the most beautiful souls. Lots of love to you Yoga for Today!!

Special thanks to Joan specifically today, but I've experienced this from all the Realignment instructors: vigilance and personal aid. Even in a large class they all manage to make their way around and correct positioning and aid in providing encouragement and options to help everyone achieve the most out of their practice. I'm better every day. Truly life altering instruction and care.

Yoga For Today
A couple of my friends joined me for a workshop today and couldn't stop raving about what a nice place Yoga for Today is. Not only were they impressed by the workshop itself, but they were really impressed by the friendly atmosphere and overall feeling of welcome. You know, since I've been coming here I've always felt the same way about Yoga for Today, but perhaps I've taken for granted how lucky we are to have this wonderful place within Sherwood Park. Cheers to Chris and all her amazing teachers and staff!!
