Such great prices and good quality furniture. I bought an ottoman set and bar cart for the first time and they are great quality. Most importantly, their customer service is excellent! I appreciated how they were responsive to my phone calls and timely with the furniture orders. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

Shoaib help me he was very knowledgeable, and very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and he went out of his way to show me products of interest and other custom options. Very helpful and not pushy.The store itself has alot of beautiful pieces, unique and different from box stores. Great prices. Alot of Canadian made products. Everything from simple, casual , modern, embellished, glitz , traditional, Victorian and more.

Excellent customer service by Manager Ajmal. Other stores around this store will try to get you to come in but not this store. We were greeted like valued customers and were not followed by employees but simply asked how they can help us find what we were looking for and they were there to assist if needed. I'm surprised to see some negative reviews.We purchased a bedroom set from a big selection of choices, the delivery was on time. Ofcourse the furniture comes unassembled and the option to assemble it is there at an additional cost. Furniture comes with instructions and all hardware, everything was very easy to assemble. We noted 2 of the pieces had minor damage from the manufacturer. After one phone call to the store, they advised us to bring it back if possible or they can send a truck. I had an suv which I loaded up the 2 pieces with minor damage and picked up replacements without any hassle. Mr Ajmal truly made us feel like home. I will highly recommend them to my friends and everyone else.

I have been purchasing many furnitures from these guys over the past few years and never have I had any issues with them.I usually see Omar when I am in as he is very friendly, approachable and never pushes for a sale. He is very knowledgeable and patient with his customers.

We had a great experience at Dine and Suites. Shoaib was taking care of us. We were looking for counter height chairs and nothing on their floor was matching our needs. Shoaib went out of his way to find the chair we were looking for, he even assembled it (because there was no floor model) and this allowed us to purchase something that we liked and that was very comfortable. Thank you Shoaib for the greatest service and also for helping us load our car!

Don't ever shop at this store , bought a chair sets there and within 1 month it started to peel away, spent over $2500 , we were told that is was leather. Contacted the owner so many time over email and phone, he make excuse that he contact the manufacture and they have not got back to him. We went on vacation and My warranty run out , everytime we visited his store ,the owner was never present, my chair are still peeling away and was not replace.Very Bad service, beware of this store .

I went to this store to purchase some furniture and I overheard the older guy bullying and harassing a customer. He was sooo rude and completely irrational. The lady simply said she will be back to make the purchase because she wants her husband to see it. This guy blasted on her and started asking why she came to the store without her husband if she can’t purchase. She explained her husband is at work and she wanted to select before and they will be back to buy. But this guy kept insulting her and literally bullying her. He kept saying she shouldn’t leave the house without her husband n what not. I felt so bad for the poor lady. I left the store even though I really liked the couches. I wouldn’t give business to a man who can’t respect women or have some sense of customer service.

Stay far away from this place. Save your money for good quality product and reputable companies. Product was delivered destroyed and their response is it's final sale. Older man named Ajmal (manager)gets loud and screams at you in the store. No customer service and poor quality.

Professionals at what they do. We were looking for pull out couches they explained to me the difference of quality for different priced items as well as product availability. I am truly impressed at the experience I had buying furniture at this location. I recommend giving them a chance to earn your business.
