Very bad behave by the lady there. Two people sell two diffrent price at the two different time. Firstly i book a taxi with a different price and after that drive ask for more money and i also call in the office they said you have to give extra. Very bad way they talk to the people. Please do not believe on their words. Very bad and disrespectfull people.

Very poor service they are always all booked , one day i called it was 3:15 i needed a cab at 4:30 buddy argued with me that it was only 1:15 i checked my time hubbie checked his and asked my neighbor it was 1:15 i don't no what world the man was living in that day so i call a cab today they were on time little old man working i didn't realize he did not have the meter on until almost home witch was a 5 minute drive from were i was going he had no seat belt and no mask on charged me 30 dollars for a 6.50 cab ride I'm surprized they are not reported to the labor board witch I'm thinking about doing my self.

Dispatcher was a ****. Very rude and told me 15 minutes waited an hour. She was ignorant when I asked her about her customer service then told me she didn't want my buissness. Very rude.

Ordered a cab for 5:15am the night before for my girlfriend and they didn't bother showing up! Wouldn't answer their phone or text. Late to work as a result. Never using this taxi again: GARBAGE service.

I will walk, before I ever call this company again. New years eve, my 15 year old daughter and her friend called a cab at 1230am, and never got picked up until 215am. They quoted a time of 20 minutes when they called their cab, and when I phoned just to check and see how much longer it would be, the dispatcher threatened to cancel the car, and make them walk. I was not rude, in any way shape or form. I was just asking for an eta, whether it would of been 5 minutes or 2 hours, all I wanted to know was when they could expect their drive to show up. I understand New Years eve for cabs is so very busy, I didn't expect a cab to show right up, but tell your customers an eta that you can stand by. Don't try and trick people into not calling another company.

There service is simply horrible. The lady who claims to be the owner should learn how to talk. She definitely doesn't know a thing about business. They are pathetic to be honest.

I have never had such a horrible experience with my taxi. They don't know how to speak or talk. They are just so unprofessional. I am so mad the way they talked to me on phone they are really rude and keep increasing the bloody price everytime I take the taxi. Idiots!
