Terrible communication. Assumed I was supporting a local business as you showed up when searching Airdrie appliance repair. Not some 1-800 # call centre. Quoted 3 different arrival times and rearranged work accordingly, still waiting on the technician who is now late. Comes in (very rude) and clearly hates animals- to tell me nope. Can’t fix it. Buy a new one. Can’t offer new appliance purchases/direct me where to go and does not install or take away the current (apparently infixable) dishwasher. Complete waste of time

Great service and timely appointments, I had a broken dryer (assumed it was a heating element), I had two repair men come take a look to ensure they were both on the same page. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong and how much repairs cost. I would easily hire them again to fix any appliance. Comfortable with dogs, great at communicating and friendly. Also great prices!

Total rip off tried charging me $98 for a belt for my dryer but one for $14 at amre supply, To change a belt was going to be over $400 cost me 14 and 1/2 an hours labour , In regards to your response you were out last week and here’s a copy of your invoice so yes it’s definitely you

Charged a premium for a dryer repair because they were fixing for the long term, 7 months later it was broken again. They found a worn belt. Belts don’t wear in 7 months. Charged another premium to replace the belt. I’m now into the dryer for about as much as it is new.Would not recommend (I own multiple properties and thought I’d give them a try, live and learn)

These guys are crooks. They charge a call out fee for a diagnosis. Tech made a mistake in calculating total for quote and claimed I approved the adjusted price. Not only was the quote outrageous he had the audacity to claim I okayed the job without knowing there was a mistake in the price. Canceled the job and paid $75 for the diagnosis". Will get other quotes together to see if this guy actually knew what he was doing.Got another quote and it was $600 less than what these guys quoted me. RIP OFF"

We called ADR Home Services because our fridge was warm. The tech came in, way outside of business hours (at like 10pm, which we really appreciated!), did a full diagnoses, cleaned up the ice buildup and advised us that we need a new fan and a power control board.We decided not to proceed, and in two weeks it was warming up again, just like he said it would!Even though we did not proceed with the repair (we decided to buy a new refrigerator), I need to mention that the service level of this company is top notch! Coming out after hours (and not charging an arm and a leg for that), spending time on educating us and providing advise and just the overall demeanor (manners, honesty) is equal to none. Will definitely call these guys again, and recommend them to everyone I know!

WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!First off they scratched the hell out of my floors when removing the freezer doors. Not a big deal, I can fix that. But then after they 'fix' the fridge it stops working a week later! The guy comes over extremely angry the 2nd time and gives no update and leaves. I call constantly asking when they will come back to fix it and all the lady says each time is 'she doesn't know' and has to 'ask her manager'. So I ask for a refund and my money back and haven't gotten a response in over a week. Fridge has been out since March and it is now May. Not to mention the part they replaced is $146 and they charged me $400, plus $100 to come inspect.DO NOT USE THEM! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! Its a contract company, use someone local!

Called the guys at ADR for a broken dishwasher. Got booked for the day after. The technician arrived on time and was courteous and actually took the time to not only fix my dishwasher but also gave me general tips of how to make sure the problem won’t happen again. Fast, reliable and pleasant to deal with. Definitely will use again!
