We have used Emily’s Travel for a couple of vacations now and our latest experience was not as favorable. We recently traveled to Florida and stayed at a very nice hotel, Pink Shell Resort. The hotel had nice amenities and great views of the gulf. However, the price we payed did not meet our expectations. The rooms were nice, but out dated, there were only 2 restaurants and only one bar at the hotel. Our biggest disappointment was not having our flights booked as connecting flights. We had 4 flights in total 2 flights to get to Florida and 2 flights to return home. However, because the flights weren't connected, anytime Delta made a time change it was up to us to make changes to our flights. There were time changes on 3 of our 4 flights that forced us to make changes to our connecting flights. If you use Delta Vacations make sure your agent sets up connecting flights so you don't have to deal with time changes or cancelations.

Would highly recommend. I was recommended through a co-worker who had a great experience and after our first trip utilizing her services, I definitely will be going back. Emily was helpful with suggestions on resorts and was also very responsive to any questions that I had since we had never gone through an agency before. We had a great time and thank Emily for her help.

We worked with Emily when attending a destination wedding. I had never been outside of the country before and Emily went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information to make everything run smoothly. She sorted out EVERY detail, from who to see for a shuttle service from the foreign airport to the hotel (and what shirt they would be wearing), to accounting for time customs would take on a Saturday (most other people in the customs line were missing their connecting flights and we had no issues). Her company’s attention to detail made everything about our vacation incredible. I can’t say enough good things.

FIRST TIME TRAVELER…10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!! Found Emily through google searching and I loved the esthetic of her website so I reached out to her and she was immediately bubbly and kind to my Husband and I who needed help traveling out of the country for the first time, we didn’t even have our passports. She gave us advice on EVERYTHINGGG. She was super helpful, so supportive and made us feel at ease. She helped us plan our HONEYMOON in Jamaica and really went above and beyond to make sure we were prepared. Close to the travel date she called us and we had an almost 2 hour conversation going into detail about everything so we knew what to expect cause we were so nervous and travel virgins. She told us we could text her or call while we were IN Jamaica if we needed anything and she also had local guides too if we needed! You can trust her knowledge, expertise and know she will go above and beyond to make you feel prepared.

I had a great experience working with Emily while planning our honeymoon! Emily was super responsive and so friendly. She recommended several of her favorite resorts in Cancun and we could not be happier with our pick! Everything was planned out for us so smoothly and we did not have to worry about a thing. 10000/10 will use Emily in the future!

There is not one thing bad I can say. The trip, the flight, the Hotels were all fantastic. Emily was superb. Stayed in touch every step of the way while we were away. Confirming flights and tours . She was fantastic. In my book she went from travel agent to family.

Don’t book with this place. The country changed its policies on comming back into our country, and they are Forcing people keep trips booked with them. Thank god we didn’t us her. But friends did. We were able to cancel with same hotel without issues. But since our friends book thru her, she is forcing them to use another place. Have a heart EmilyTravel LLC. We are in a pandemic, and our country change it’s ways to get back into the country, have a hearts. But I guess you can’t do you wanna force people to still use it very very sad
