Gym is well maintained and kept extra clean with a friendly professional lady, Silvana. All staff are great and the members are great bunch. A little busy Mon to Wed but the classes are amazing with both the cycling and pump/cardio. Lots of machines and free weights.

I love going to the fitness classes here. All the instructors are great at teaching various forms of fitness classes. Madallena is especially organized, well informed and motivating. Gaspar’s power pump classes are fun and a great workout. Good job to the Northview instructors.

Approached staff members huddled together in front, asked why there’s no local tv channel (like CP 24) instead of 10+ TVs feathering FOX News (USA Political broadcast) - No one did anything- DISAPPOINTING!!!I am not here to watch TV but a glance it can bring you up to speed with local weather and traffic, while doing cardio you can get the news -Never thought I did write a review but its my right after all I am a paying member!

The best gym. Super clean, equipment is well maintained and the staff go the extra mile. Especially Jaime and Silvana! They are the best. I’ve been to other GoodLife locations, but this one is the best, hands down!

One of my favourite GoodLife locations to frequent. Friendly staff, cleaned regularly and a variety of equipment. Special mention to Sho! He is hands down the most hardworking, helpful and overall good person I’ve encountered over almost 15 years. When I am feeling lack lustre he is always right there cheering you on to be your best self.

This location is a top place to train. It’s always clean and the range of machines and equipment available are also great and the level of cleanliness by Silvana is of a really high standard. The staff are all very friendly and I recommend this location to everyone.

I started to come back to this location after a few years from Hwy 27 Location. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. I’m so impressed with how clean the facilities and amenities are. I’m so happy I’m back at this location and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

Well staffed however isn’t 24h. Needs some maintenance. Overall great gym for a quick workout. Lighting is a bit dark in the gym but is very good in the change room.
