I heard people say they don't like it

Mandy with the bad attitude. It ended before I even got a chance to bring the application form. Mandy is extremely unprofessional. Her voice is extremely aggressive. If you are having a bad day Mandy, don't take your anger out on potential clients. That does not show professionalism. When I told her to speak to me in a respectful manner, she told me to look for another daycare if I was not happy with Antica. Her negative attitude is what changed my mind. Thank god she phoned me yelling out of nowhere and for no apparent reason, imagine if I proceeded with the application process. My daughter deserves a better daycare then this. By the way my ''condition'' the one you mocked, is a temporary pregnancy illness. You should be more sensitive to pregnant women. Beware of this daycare.Edit (response to owner’s reply): Not once have I not complied with “daycare policy.” I have agreed to drop the application off before the start date. The delay was due to pregnancy related illness, and you had an issue with that. You delayed the start date 10 entire days just because I was too sick to drop off the form. Who does that? Did I say it will take me 10 days to drop it off? I just indicated that I was too sick to drop it off on that particular day. It is the policy to drop the form off before the start date right? OK, that’s fine, wait until I feel better. I am pregnant and sick how dare you yell at me about a form I didn’t refuse to bring to start with? Did I say I wasn’t going to bring the form? It was your negative attitude that changed my mind about this daycare. You have no right to shout at anyone. You are unprofessional and you lack basic etiquette. Wait until I get better to drop the form off or goodbye. I am so glad I did not proceed with the application. Thank god! Terrible centre; they have zero respect for people. That’s why your ratings are so low. If I googled Antica daycare I would not have stepped a foot inside the centre. Beware of this daycare everyone.—Edit (response to owner’s new reply): *Antica wrote a new response in order to do damage control and “save face.” Lying will not get you anywhere.First of all, never speak about my child. I will not have a bad experience with another childcare centre, because it won’t be Antica. My child will be fine. Second of all, what multiple glasses of water and bathroom breaks are you referring to “Mandy”? Are you trying to save yourself face? I’m not a child I don’t need water or bathroom breaks from you. You don’t have to go so far as to lie about fake kindness. Here’s a tip you will find useful in the future: Be kind to people that walk through your doors, next time. You are extremely immature. You know nothing about customer satisfaction. Writing a review is my right. It is my right to warn others about the horrible experience I endured at this centre. Let my review be a lesson to you. If you don’t want bad reviews, treat people with kindness and respect next time. The more you respond, the more people can see how rude you are - especially towards pregnant women. Pregnancy is beautiful no matter how much you try to act like it isn’t. It is a beautiful experience and my illness (the one you keep mocking) was so worth it! I ended up giving birth to the sweetest baby ever! It is a blessing :) move on please. Just learn a lesson from this. Be kind to others to avoid bad google reviews. Remember, it is our right to complain so don’t be bitter and upset once that happens.

I think people don't like it because of the elevator's but i like it in here it has a nearby better park an Antica swimming pool Nearby Pizza and Fidget spinner also Saloon a nearby school Of course i like it here except the fact about the elevator's >.< i give it a 5

There is a reason why the supervisor replies back to these reviews in defence. The manager here is very unprofessional and could careless about your child. Didn't last a week at this daycare and I am happy we found a much better daycare. They used toxic paint rather than face paint to paint the children's face. Got there in shock so I asked to have it removed as I had to walk a few minutes back home. The supervisor told me that they've already cleaned the daycare and the bathroom was closed. I was very persistent with her and said I'm not working with there face like that. HORRIBLE face painting job and the paint tooks minutes of scrubbing off. The supervisor kept rushing me so I kept telling her that there is no way she can tell be the daycare bathroom is closed meanwhile the daycare was still open until 5:30pm and I arrived there from 5:15pm.If you love your kids as much as I do, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take them. Your going to see how immature the supervisor is and will try to defend herself yet again through the reviews. That alone should be your proof as I stand corrected.If I could give it 0 stars trust me I would.
