He is the theif, he will ask you to pay before the service (we paid $600), then he will make you fool for 15 20 mins, then say you come tomorrow. DONT GO THERE ,you will lose money without anything fix.

This guy has no business being a mechanic. He is so obsessed with money and knows next to nothing how to repair a truck. Don't trust him with you truck you will lose your money and may be your truck. His customer relationship is a nightmare. What a waste of time and money. A complete rip off.

Theives , wasted my whole day , worked on truck for hour charged for 2 hours , used. 3rd grade parts just to make things work and made it worse , so arrogant mechanic with lack of knowledge and respect for others, and charges 185$ for labour make you fool , and dont even admit mistake he makes and then blames you ,, never ever bring up your semi to this place ,unless its last option .totally arrogant , cheap language ,no respect of time , Dont get fooled guys

We just went there for putting a patch on the tire and he charged extra $100 just to put a patch on the trailer tire. He is so rude, was not even listening to us and started to repair other parts without even asking.VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!NEVER COME TO THIS SHOP!!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING!!!

Unfortunately one star is required. This is a very unprofessional repair shop. “Mechanic” didn’t even know how to change a tire, owner had to walk him through a tire change step by step and took 2 hours. Problem is they charge by the hour, even to change a tire. If the mechanic didn’t know how to change a tire, he definitely doesn’t know how to solve actual issues. Employee training on your dime, and have been calling them for 4 months trying to get my invoice because work was done on a Saturday, and his “office lady” was going to send it to me Monday. Don’t waste your time or money

My car was leak large amounts of oil. I took the vehicle in and they were able to repair it in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. It was a very positive experience and the staff was amazing. The office manager and Dan made our experience amazing. I will definitely be back if my vehicle needs repair. Thank you Dan & staff

Wanted 615 to patch one tire instead i drove to Kal tire in Hearst since I had air inflation system they did it for 95 advice go to Kal tire instead

Past employee respectable boss gave me an opportunity of a life time and taught well even tho he didn’t have to. I would 100% go back when I go back to Ontario. As for the negative reviews I’ve witnessed people be very disrespectful and pushy towards Viv and Dan they are constantly on the go. When people don’t get their way they have been astonishingly rude towards them both and sometimes I myself would be asked and told todo something by a customer when told to wait. There is other customers that need to be taken care of first if you can’t wait then it’s a given you will be charged abit extra as I did in my small motor shop. Deadlines are a real thing.

I’m blown away by the negative reviews!A single mom and her kids were stuck in Cochrane with a messed up wheel bearing. I called around last minute to find someone to help her. Dan said “there’s an Esso across the road from me (where she was parked)”. He promptly walked over there and had her truck in his shop, diagnosed and repaired for a VERY reasonable price. He could have easily overcharged for this job, as he knew there was desperation. They took email payment, which is totally fine.Thank you Dan, Vivian and Brian for all your help.
