Got my belly button pierced here and it was great! Mark was super friendly and made me feel comfortable during the session, it took about 10 mins and such a reasonable price as well! Such a great experience, will definitely come back for more:)

Mark is a god sent, makes piercings so easy and comfortable. Had to get a piercing removed because of bad swelling and he made the removal so painless and as comfortable as possible. Such a sweet professional guy, highly recommend!!

Made an appointment to have my ears pierced. My partner's daughter had hers done by Mark a couple of weeks ago and her experience convinced me to book right then! Mark was super kind and patient and very professional. I have to say that I'm terrified of needles and blood and he just has a great way of talking to you as he's working that makes you feel comfortable. Brought my daughter (16) in for a nasal piercing with Mark. Everything since we stepped in was fabulous. We were received by receptionist who was very polite and handed us a waiver, showed us nasal stud options, etc.Mark came out, introduced himself, so friendly and polite! He then explained the entire process step by step to both of us. He wore gloves and all his equipment was sterilized. He made sure my daughter had a say on everything and included her on every step. Very happy with results

He left it up to me to have his room door open or shut, and made sure to tell me that if at any time I needed him to be hands-off (I was anxious) that we could stop everything. I came into the shop for issues I was having after I got my ears pierced by a piercing gun at the mall. Mark was PHENOMENAL at helping me with my recovery. He is so incredibly knowledgeable, kind and dedicated to his craft. We worked for 2 YEARS to get my poor swollen, bleeding ears to healthy piercings. During that time I kept losing hope, but he was a constant stream of positivity, always being able to pinpoint the issue and figure out solutions. Now I have awesome, easy-to-manage healed piercings and it is all due to Mark's awesome expertise, patience and care.
