3pick-ups 2 late 1 no show delivered to them then got told they don't like my attitude blamed employees then equipment then me no looking at himself

No follow through. Unprofessional. As another reviewer said, If I could give less than one star

Was called yesterday by a female to set up an interview for 10am the following day August the 23rd. Being told to bring boots in case I get the job on the spot. I showed up 10 minutes early to find the door locked and nobody there yet google says they're open. Weird. Called them 3 times. Didnt pick up or let me leave a voicemail. Unprofessional. Huge waste of my time when I could have been interviewed elsewhere by someone who would've actually shown up for the interview. Never in my life has the interviewer failed to show up.

0 Stars. The secretary is impossible to deal with and the owner does not appear to care. They charge right away for their services , yet fail to deliver the merchandise. Camille's review is interesting. The secretary has the same first name...

Very unprofessional and unreliable. They basically refused to delivery the package to my house until I had to talk to their higher ups

I have dealt with Red Spade for years with a few different companies I have worked for. Customer service is always good, pricing is fair and communication is clear and forthcoming (despite what other reviewers may say). So long as you are reasonable in your expectations of local LTL companies you will be satisfied working with Red Spade.Secondly, the owner Jesse is a hard working and very giving individual. He has for years donated his trucks to be used for moving items for the Relay for Life.I was surprised by the number of poor reviews but after reading them it would seem some of the non-commercial customers (everyday consumers) have become used to the ridiculous idea that they are the most important person on the face of the Earth and that they should have everything immediately and all companies are like Amazon with thousands of employees.If you're in need of logistics Red Spade will get the job done as they promise and if they cannot do it they will likely regret to offer service like almost all smaller local companies would and should.
