I purchased a washing machine, fridge and dishwasher recently. Delivery was fast and staff were professional and careful. Lots of tight corners in my house and they didn't leave a mark. Minor issue with one of the appliances and Andrew responded immediately and sent a technician within 24 hours to fix the issue under warranty. Will definitely use again! Highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional and rude, I do not recommendBoth the owner (Andrew) and Billy (sales manager) like to talk down to people like they are stupid. It is not unacceptable to ask to see a ‘used refurbished’ product before buying it considering the issues that some people have had in the reviews I have read. The contact address is Marconi Blvd which I’m told is all low income housing which is very suspicious. They also refused pay at pick up, I can’t understand how this company is still in business, their responses to people issues are just excuses. I will find products elsewhere with a company that is more professional in their handling of customers. I am thankful of their unprofessionalism and it saved me from the horrible experiences others have had

Andrew the owner is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He seems very honest and fair. Although we had a appliance hook up issue that was not resolved by the delivery company, still believe he was very fair and answered all of our questions and tried to help us.The price point is very good for appliances that are refurbished.
