I bought my Mini Roadster, It was missing a Tire Jack and Lug nut Wrench. I contacted the Manager to get me one, but as usual, you get a very cold diplomatic silly answer that it is not the current policy of the company to provide Jack and lug Wrench with their cars any more. Thank you manager for your answer and I will buy one on my expense

Fantastic experience at Mini Georgian. Salesman Jason and Finance Manger Maria, were amazing! They answered every question I had and made sure that I was happy and comfortable with my purchase. Even after I drove off the lot!Thank you, I love my new Mini Cooper S!!!

I had to buy 4 ignition coils from the parts desk. The guy knew exactly what I needed, had them in stock and they were still $400 cheaper than Part source. Looks like they have a good dealership.
