Do not use. They arrived 30 minutes late for my appt and they told me if I want them to arrive on time I have to tell them it’s an “emergency” . Go with Aaron taxi instead, way better

Do not use this service. I jus called and got the rudest person. No respect for the customer. Barking at me for my address and wouldn't even let me talk. Unprofessional and unreal. Will never be using this taxi service again.

Got the rudest dispatcher ever.. my daughter can't even get home from downtown..without paying first!! Since when do you pay a cab upfront??? She has no money to pay upfront..I called the dispatcher to to see if i could pay by visa debit..man oh man!! He was rude..and MEAN!! Practically yelling at me..if you can't work with the public..STAY HOME!!Thank God for Aarons Taxi!! I'll never take this cab again..even with the app..cuz some of their drivers are rude too!!
