Wow! These guys keep the worst, inaccurate profiles of their past customers. Our 2017 Santa Fe XL was destroyed by a tree in the big wind storm in May 2022. Since then, they’ve called me 4-5 times and keep sending me mail regarding either getting an oil change or selling them back my car. I’ve told them 3 times that I NO LONGER OWN THE VEHICLE, but still they call and send mail. I’ve been assured several times that my customer file has been updated to reflect that I NO LONGER OWN THE VEHICLE. What do you have to do to stop being contacted by them?? Terrible customer service.

We had a great experience with Joy purchasing a 2023 Venue. She was lovely and approachable and I appreciated going through the measurements to make sure my car seat would fit and the Venue was a good choice for our family. No pushy sales vibe whatsoever and she was able to help us weigh our options since we were also considering the Kona. She was really thorough going through all of the new vehicle features (I'm used to driving a much older car!) and we had a good time. Just really awesome to deal with! You can tell she is a great, genuine person! ❤️Very pleasant interactions with the other dealership employees too; everyone was friendly and upbeat, answered my questions super quick when I phoned, and were also kind when our baby was in attendance.

Absolutely one of the best dealership encounters I have ever had with Myers. My radio was not working. Before going I had one place quote me new speakers $400. That place said it could only be the speakers.When I arrived and met with service supervisor Jamie he came right out to my car. In less than a minute the the issue was resolved. There is a reset button. He reset it and voila music to my ears. No charge! Thank you so very much!

Terrible experience!! Initially things worked well with Joy, my car sale associate. She was pleasant, fun and polite. However, I had to talk to the sales Manager about them giving me tires that according to my mechanic were not safe to drive with. The Manager was arrogant and dismissive and refused to help. This prompted me to cancel the extended warranty that I had bought as I feared that future potential claims would not be honoured. Then I dealt with the Finance Manager who was equally arrogant. Never responded to my messages or emails and basically wanted me to beg for the refund. Finally, after 3 weeks of basically begging, I was issued the cheque. To make it short, I will not coming back to this place nor I would recommend anyone buying from these people.AWFUL!!!RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S REPLY:NO SIR

------2023-----Traded in my previous Elantra to buy the iONIQ 6. Riya is amazing! I contacted quite some Hyundai dealers, Riya is the only one accepted me to be in the waiting list. And she has been very nice and supportive as always! My wife and I love our new car so much! And all thanks to Riya and Myers Hyundai!-----2022-----Very good experience with Riya! She is very responsive, patient, and supportive. I ordered a 2023 Elantra.At first, I contacted Myers Hyundai to pre-order an electric car and Riya helped me finish everything smoothly. And because of the long wait time of it, I decided to buy a gas car while waiting. Riya also made the whole experience very good!

Post Pandemic PurchaseI was in a dilemma as I had a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe that finally had to be retired after 300K+ kmI went initially in July ‘22 not expecting anything but to see what they had in stock. I logged a request via their website and got in touch with Riya Rajora.Our initial meeting a brief and booked a follow up as I was in the market for a hybrid but nothing was available. Hence the follow up.I came in later in the week and my timing was impeccable and it appeared there were two cars coming in. Long story short and a brief discussion input my name down on the Hyundai Kona 2023 AWD preferred model.Throughout the process was pretty seamless. The only thing was the wait from Hyundai Canada on the rates from leasing/financing since it was still 2022 and there was nothing on the 2023.So that did take some time but the purchase was easy. I honestly did not have a bad experience with the dealership since my Santa Fe was from there and Riya made it pretty straightforward. Of course I needed a car so it was very mutual no frills haggle. I knew what I wanted and we just made it happen.

I took my Elantra here for a recall and was impressed that they actually do the multi-point inspection. I usually take my car elsewhere and they say they do the inspection but I never receive the actual filled out report like I did from here.Because of this, I was informed that one of the tie rods was really worn and needed to be replaced ASAP, as this is a safety concern. After replacing the tie rod and performing an alignment, my steering is much better! I was so used to it being loose that I forgot what proper steering should feel like. It makes me wonder how long I've needed this and wasn't told until now.A big thank you to Service Consultant James for bringing this to my attention and making sure I was taken care of that same day.Overall, very friendly staff that truly cares about you and your vehicle + the complimentary car wash is a bonus! I will be taking my car here for future service.
