Addison Pest Control - Toronto Bed Bug Exterminator

I woke up one morning to the unpleasant realization that we had beg bugs, and because of their amazing online reviews, I called Addison before it was even 8am. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jay, who started off by validating my anxiety but also explaining that there was no need to panic. He was very calm and great at explaining what to expect, while being entirely honest and transparent. Despite their busy schedule, he was able to get Jesse in to do our treatment the very next day. We were able to just leave a key to our apartment at the front desk, so we didn't even have to be anywhere near our home for the entire day of the treatment. Jesse was fantastic at communicating with us when he had arrived and when he was finished, and the whole process was not nearly as bad as I feared it would be based on horror stories. Thank you so much, Jay and Jesse, for taking such good care of us!!

Addison Pest Control was great! I called them concerned thinking I may have a bed bug problem. They responded to me promptly. Darren came to inspect my home he was calm, kind and thorough. He carefully inspected my bedroom and couch answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service.

I appreciate the professionalism at Addison! What particularly struck me is that this professionalism is from start to finish. From the customer service rep to the person who came to my house to set the traps, everyone remained courteous and cordial! I particularly appreciate Darren's patience. It was very clear that I was distraught about the situation in my house and he was quite understanding and reassured me about the effectiveness of the products being used. He was also kind enough to explain preventive measures to put in place at specific areas of my apartment. All-in-all, it was great service!

I would highly recommend Addison Pest Control as they are extremely professional and honest people. We had Darren come in because we suspected a bed bug issue in the house. He inspected the place and found carpet beetles. He even showed them to us and alleviated our fears that it wasn’t actually bed bugs. He was super professional and I just loved that he didn’t try to sell us on any treatment that we didn’t actually need. I cannot recommend them enough and we will be using them for pest control in our restaurant going forward, as maintenance.

My experience so far with Addison has been great. Robert was who came to spray and he was very friendly, professional, and communicated with me well. He answered all my questions and I feel I could trust him to do a thorough job. I have carpet beetles and have for a while, so I am looking forward to finally having them gone. I will update in a few months with the results.

Called Addison pest control and they were fantastic! Darren came out on Canada Day to treat my house. He was prompt, professional and followed up to make sure my cats were OK. Robbie came back as I needed to do 2 seperate treatments, again prompt, professional and great customer service. I highly recommend them if you come across any issues that require thier services. Head office logistics were also very helpful and accommodated my scheduale not to mention they edcuated me alot on how to manage my bug situation" which made me.feel better.
