Service was exceptional! I went to wash my dog and on the way out he “accidentally” peed on the floor. The girl working immediately offered to clean it up. She also graciously had brought water for Finn a short while earlier after his exhausting bath. Likely why the resulting mess on the floor happened.We definitely got the royal treatment while there.Thank you!!

No selection of dog tags. Then when I did pick one it would not work in the machine. Then nothing is available to attach it to the dog collar. Full price though.

Place is clean and inventory is also great. Would have given 4 stars but staff I find really lack basic pet knowledge on certain products. They are always polite though!

Staff was not knowledgeable when it came to questions asked about products and sales. Not sure if that is related back to age, covid, or just overall boredom.If I was in a different town I would have visited a different store which more stock when it comes to blue wilderness/blue buffalo products

My aging cats are very selective in their canned food. I purchased every kind from countless grocery stores which these cats absolutely hated. Stopped by Pet Value to seek advice and after asking many questions, the staff made suggestions which I could return if unsuccessful. Finally found the perfect canned food for my old girls, only available at Pet Valu. Grocery bought cat food are simply not tailored to the special needs of pets, but Pet Valu certainly is. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Really disappointed. Was a good customer here and suddenly they don't even accept legal medical mask examptions. I was kicked out of the store in front of other customers. Never ever shopping at any Pet Valu again. Embarrassing to be treated like a 2nd class citizen.
