I bought the Leveluk SD501 only 4 months ago and although it was an expensive purchase comparable to my net worth at the time I credit this machine to being a key factor in me loosing over 30 pounds since. My diet was atrocious and people at work would tease me for my “cheap” lunches of monster energy drinks and Doritos that were slowly becoming a staple of a bad habit.I drink a gallon of water a day now which a 3rd party personal trainer was also quick to point out is what I should be consuming for a male of my age. I was 219 pounds in August and 4 months later now in December, with a committed exercise program, I weigh 189 pounds. Ive changed my diet completely to avoid sugars and have started intermittent fasting.My transformation I would say has been one extreme to the other. However, at the core, I am drinking more water, and eating less foods, and healthier foods. I no longer eat like my kitchen is a buffet.It’s definitely been a lifestyle change. And I plan to continue on this path indefinitely. Very helpful and knowlwdgeble. Thank You for helping me get my heath back and considerably cutting down on medication and feeling alive again at 74! Medication on top of medication îs not helping our health, it îs only creating side effects which the Dr solves for the moment with more medication.
