Great location with beautiful well kept reptiles and fish. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Decent range of products available as well! Me and my family will definitely be back!

I have no words to explain how much I love Pet Paradise. The staff is the absolute friendliest and most helpful, their prices are great (compared to larger chains) and it truly is paradisiac to walk around all the critters!

I was looking for a lizard for my daughter's first pet. The staff went out of their way to educate us on the pros and cons / suitability / maintenance of each species. The overall experience was great, and we are very happy with the new member of our family. We'll definitely be back in the future!

Staff very helpful & knowledgeable, prices R competitive and it's werth the extra few kms if U don't live close but the transit system is at the front door

My go-to spot for my reptile and pet needs. Staff is always very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Prices are always reasonable. Stock is great most of the time. I drive out of my way to go to this store simply because they’re the only store I trust with questions and supplies.

This is my favorite pet store because they have really cool reptiles and invertebrates. They have so many frogs, tarantulas, scorpions, lizards, snakes, etc. Their fish section is pretty basic (they have a lot of options, but i haven't seen any saltwater species or fish that you can't find any other shops) but they all look healthy and well cared for so I cant complain.

I wish I would have asked the man's name, but he's tall with brown shaggy hair- he's amazing! I came in with a million questions about taking care of a corn snake as I'm very interested in owning one. But also an anxious person who needs to make educated decisions. He is very passionate about his job, and very knowledgeable and made me feel so much better about my decisions and choices to ensure I keep a healthy reptile. Appreciated it SO MUCH. Would love the management to know how amazing the experience was! If you can track him down, my partner and I visited on March 4th at 6 pm at the preston, cambridge location. Please thank him again for us! We will be back :)

I am a disabled person and I’ve had extremely terrible encounters with the staff at this location I love reptiles are usually spend a few thousand on my enclosures, but the attitude of the attendant here has been very horrible. If you were a Nuro diverse person, I suggest to stay away From this location they just laugh at you. You cannot ask any questions they treat you less than human like every word coming out of your mouth is ignorant. I have a very high IQ. I am an autistic person. I spent a lot of money at this location I wanted to purchase certain things but I’ve had to go to other locations to find it I drive in from Hamilton just to be treated as listing human not excepted. Takes me a little while to process things. I shouldn’t have to tell you that I am a disabled person. You should be treating everybody like you would want to be treated just terrible very ignorant. Staff needs more training , there is one person that is nice. She is new younger female. She’s very nice but the manager and the other lady wears a lot of make up dark hair very rude. I’ve been talk to you like well too bad I don’t even want to get into it the only reason why I still shop here but you have lost a lot of money , my friends are nice decide to go somewhere else now I was wanting to buy an enclosure but I ended up having to go to Wayfair to get it because they just didn’t want to help me on my order. I guess they figured I wasn’t good for it I don’t know , your staff needs more training and the owner should really keep tabs on your stuff. They are terrible with the patriots and if you’re near a diverse and want to look at things and ask questions, forget about it.

Guys help me set up my bearded dragon enclosure with a nice BIO set up. Super happy and so is the dragon. Thanks again for everything guys. Great staff and well stocked.

Great experience here. Way more value and knowledge than your run of the mill store. Staff is great. Well stocked. The two dudes that work here are awesome. I'm sure there's more staff but the two young guys know their stuff. Thanks guys.
