Greystone Blinds

First of all: our roller blinds from Greystone look amazing! They truly elevated the look of our huge bay window. We really struggled to find some stylish window coverings for such a large window. We are so glad we found Greystone Blinds. Secondly: every single person, from the office staff to the installers, were awesome. Ordered our blinds mid through the week, installed on Friday. They even answered our questions on Saturday! Now that is what I call service;) They are efficient and timely, easy to communicate with and their products are top notch - I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will be back for more blinds as our reno scontinue.

Shopping at Greystone Blinds has been a joy from my initial phone call to them up to the moment the installer left my apartment. They must care a lot about customer service because I have been taken care of very well by everyone that I have been in contact with at Greystone Blinds. They are very polite and patient (since I must have changed my mind many times regarding what kinds of blinds I wanted to buy). I was constantly treated respectfully by customer service. After I finally made up my mind on what kinds of blinds I wanted to buy, manufacturing was done very quickly. The installer showed up on time and put up the blinds in a respectful manner. He showed me how to use the remote controller and was thorough. I will most definitely be doing business with them again in the future, and I will highly recommend Greystone Blinds to anyone who is need of blinds. We had the pleasure to have our offices Covered by Greystone Blinds and working with their team ! Thanks to them now we can work with no lights coming to our rooms and have a better cooling system from their blackout Blinds !
