I always have a great experience when I book an appointment at Smiles Dental Clinic. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming, and the staff are all friendly and professional. The doctors and nurses take the time to listen to my concerns and explain all of my treatment options in detail. They are gentle and thorough during the procedure, and I always leave feeling confident in the care I received. I would highly recommend Smiles Dental Clinic to anyone in need of dental care. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort make them stand out. I will definitely be returning for future appointments!

Absolutely amazing. My regular dentist couldn't get me in anytime soon and I was in excruciating pain. Smiles fit me in within a couple days and got my tooth fixed. They where super accommodating and had everything figured out before the exam. They kept in touch during the whole process. I will be switching to this clinic full time. We'll worth my 45 minute drive into the city. Highly recommend!!!

I am VERY happy that I took a chance on going to a new dentist at Smiles Dental. You feel such a sense of welcome when you first walk in. All the staff are so pleasant and the decor is very nice. The examination, cleaning and planning for follow-up work only added to the great experience. They have the most up to date equipment, including 3D rendering of your mouth (no more polymers to bite into for creating a mold!). The dental assistant and dentist make sure to explain everything that is going on. I came away with a plan of action and timeline to follow around addressing various issues with my teeth and gums and can't believe I am actually saying this- but I am looking forward to visiting the dentist again!

I am very happy with this doctor and stuff. first of all, his clinic is very nice and modern, not like the clinic I had when I was a child. He is friendly, and always explains what is going on in my mouth, as well as what my options are to fix it. I have already recommended him to my family and friends

I had an amazing visit at this dentistry!I have some really bad anxiety with the dental work I’ve received in Edmonton since moving here. Completely off put until coming to Smiles.Their staff is friendly, understanding and works with low income patients with the same degree and kindness they would extend to everyone. They also accept, Alberta Supports and AISH for anyone wondering or concerned about this. And also take direct billing with regular insurance.The receptionist, dentist - Dr. Lam, dental assistant, and hygienist were very knowledgeable and caring. They all explained everything every step of the way. I had an initial exam and I have several issues I already knew about. They took their time and LISTENED to every concern I had.Additionally I had the greatest cleaning of my life. I think the hygienist Mike removed every piece of plaque I may have had since childhood! Lol.5/5 highly recommend!

Dr. Alexander Yeh and his team of dental hygienists in the clinic are perfect! He’s very knowledgeable and patient. I did my cleaning and tooth filling with him and I could not be more satisfied. He is so professional and I am really happy with his work. They are always on time and there is no need to wait for long hours in the clinic. The doctor's assistant is so nice and helpful. All in all they have a friendly and professional environment that I am happy to call for all my dental needs. I highly recommend Smiles Dental.

Visited this place twice and had a great experience each time. My son was having severe pain and they gave the appointment within 24 hours and treated him right away. Staff, dentist and nurse were all great. My son was panicking during the treatment but they comforted him alot. U feel welcomed at this place. I am satisfied with the services, appointments, response, treatment. Highly recommend! Keep up the good work..

I had a tooth that split in half through the root and needed to get in somewhere quickly as I was leaving town two days later. They were able to get me in the next morning after I called. Dr. Labib and the other Dr. were excellent considering the difficulty they had with the tooth and root extraction. The tooth had to come out in several pieces and the last root was very stubborn. Pricing is very reasonable too. Thank you!

I chose this clinic because of the high google reviews, but was disappointed.This clinic did not make it clear to me when I made my appointment over the phone that they are NOT pediatric dentists and CANNOT do anything if a child has cavities, etc. (The receptionist also didn't tell me that they have an appointment cancellation fee).I made the appointment under the assumption and assurance that they could handle my toddlers oral health and any issues that crop up. The checkup" (which was incredibly quick) identified a tiny cavity which they notified me would need to be referred to a pediatric dentist. They did no x-rays or anything (it was just a quick look inside the mouth) and charged approx. $75 for this "checkup". Upon contacting a pediatric dentist at another clinic

I have been coming to Smiles Dental Group on Calgary trail for almost 3 years, and can honestly say their service is top notch. Mike is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever had and I’ve also had fillings done by Dr. Ahmad who did a great job. Receptionists are super friendly and always try and accommodate client requests as much as possible. I’ve also gone quite frequently as I originally started doing cleanings every 4 months. If you are looking for all around great service this is definitely the place.
