Chipotle Mexican Grill
I’m not usually one to review, but this location has seriously gone downhill. I have lived in the Kenton area for quite some time and chipotle has been a favorite for a quick and healthier fast food option, but in recent years the quality is terrible. Food order is usually wrong, the ingredients are just slopped on and the staff is less than friendly. My recent order was just a big sloppy spoonful of sour cream and barely any chicken. It would be nice if whoever runs this location would take a look at recent reviews and turn this place around. Hoping the new one on delaware and hertel will take note and do better.

Haven't had Chipotle in such a long time, and this was delicious!Their guacamole is still one of the best, and I forgot how much I love Chipotle. So happy one is being built right down the road from us!

Chipotle Mexican Grill
There's always a problem. Today we went up to the counter to order only to be told they have no tortillas 2 hours before closing... Most of the time they are out of 1 or more ingredients. Food is really good when they have everything and give a good portion size, but that rarely happens.

This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too which is unfortunate because it’s right around the block from me. They constantly mess up my orders often completely getting it wrong giving me someone else’s order or they just throw whatever toppings on they feel like. They are very often out of ingredients or utensils and if you bring back your order and show them how wrong they got your order they are defensive and rude. I highly recommend going to a different chipotle even if it’s a little more out of your way.

Chipotle has a different variety of veggies, Some people are vegetarian, and it will be better to have more vegetables to choose to. They have salsa that it is spicy delicious. You feel welcome when you go inside. And too all the ladies did our burritos bowl, Excellent job!!

I’m so disappointed. Ordered delivery. No sour cream, no guacamole, no extra chicken. That’s $9 extra that I didn’t get.Then to top it off, they left an entire bay leaf in the meal. Like…… how? You’re supposed to remove them.Then when I called, they tried to blame the door dash driver for no utensils.

Don't go here if you dislike Cilantro. Every other location in Western New York has always given me plain white or brown rice. They have extra unmixed pans in the back. This location refused. Waited 33 mins in line for nothing. I called three other locations after I left and they all had plain brown/white rice. These locations are equally as busy as they are.

By far the worst chipotle I have ever encountered. This location seriously needs to be shut down before someone gets sick. There is always an issue. The food line is consistently filthy and they are ALWAYS “out” of ingredients hours before they close. The staff is horribly rude while making you feel uncomfortable and as though you are an inconvenience for entering the restaurant (if you can even get in, sometimes they lock the doors hours before they close). I mean hey, I don’t enjoy going to work either, however there is a right and wrong way to treat people, especially within your work environment. Everyone I talk to has had the same experience with this location, when is enough, enough? I purposely drive 10 minutes out of my way to a different location when this one is within walking distance from my house. Something needs to be done about this…

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Worst delivery experience ever. I wish that I had looked up this place before placing my online order. I ordered a burrito bowl with everything. Ended up receiving only rice, meat, cheese and cream cheese. The portion was small too. Its a sad burrito bowl. There wont be a second time!!!
