Charlene was wonderful, she fights for you. I believe I was treated so unfair by my insurance company but with Charlene fighting on my behalf I did get a settlement. She goes over and above I would highly recommend her. When you’re in an accident you are vulnerable and desperate for help you feel supported she helped me get the care I needed.
