i will never go anywhere else ever again for a piercing - its a good price and jewlery is included, plus out of the 4 piercings ive gotten here and the 7 my partners gotten here, theyve healed beautifully especially compared to piercings weve gotten elsewhere. justin is super fun to talk to and knows exactly what hes doing. if youre thinking of getting a piercing, youd be a fool to go anywhere else

Two years ago I got my septum pierced here and it was not a good experience. The first thing that went wrong when I came here was that mid-pandemic (during mask mandates) no one was wearing a mask, and in fact there was a sign on the door which at first seemed kind saying we welcome all people of different races, sexualities, genders, cultures, but upon further inspection I found it also included people of different opinions on masks. I wasn't about to opt out at that point though, so I went on upstairs. During the piercing the piercer was very professional, and explained the whole process, but still he had no mask on (which my new piercer whom I love wears even now to avoid any bacteria getting on the piercing). He then went on with the piercing and I fainted from the pain, that has never happened even when I got my double helix pierced at the same time. The piercer did not recommend sterile saline solution, but instead recommend I mix up my own salt water solution.The piercing did end up getting infected, and two years later it is still just a little crooked. Also the reason I waited so long to post this review is because I was worried I would have to message the piercer for help, and I didn't want him to not help me because of my bad review.All this said I do know some people who've gone to see him, and they had a great piercing experience. Maybe if I had waited a year I would have had a better experience, or maybe I came on the wrong day and the piercing wasn't having the best day, maybe the piercer has also improved since a year ago. Finally I'd like to highlight that all this review is, is my own experience, and that doesn't mean it's a bad place to get pierced or that the piecer is bad.

I have gotten 7/8 of my piercings here from Justin. Having such a personable and skilled piercer with prices as reasonable as they are is why I never go anywhere else now. My partner has gotten 4 piercings here as well and will likely not seek out a different location either, because there is no place that will provide the same quality in every category that Sinister Skin does every time.

Came here for 3 piercings today and was so happy with the experience. Justin was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Will definitely be back in the future!
