Two Trees Child Care Centre

Two Trees has been our daycare since 2015. It's bright, spacious and has a nice outdoor space. The staff are friendly and caring. My child loves going and has made many friends. Their activities are well planned out and my child has learned alot. I recommend Two Trees to anyone looking for reliable and safe care for their child.

You can tell they really care about the kids.

Great daycare! My son loves it here and I'm lucky my job is right beside it. The staff care alot about the children you can tell and I love the class mojo app as it always keeps me updated throughout the day on my son's progress and I can interact with the staff whenever I need too.

If I could give this daycare 0 stars I would.Both my children attended this daycare and it was nothing but problems! It started with my son when they left him OUTSIDE in the middle of the summer with a jacket on and no water. There excuse was 'he didn't want to come inside' but I was never called or notified until he was hyperventilating and my mom had to rush to the facility because I was stuck in traffic. She asked them to call the ambulance and they were hesitant, they finally did after she BEGGED FOR HELP. When they brought him to the hospital they said my son was severely dehydrated!! I have the ambulance record to prove this. Another mother saw my child passed out on the floor and learned her child also experienced dehydration that day. After that situation I shouldn't have enrolled my daughter but because things turned around I decided to give them another chance.Or when my son starved and I was told for months I could not bring outside food" because he didn't eat certain foods. These incidents were not the only issue there were several more but just to give a glimpse of what were dealing with.My daughter was later enrolled and she started great when she was in the 'baby room' with Ms. Nagam

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS DAY CARE,POOR MANAGEMENT . their policies are different with daycares all around the world. With 1 time diarrhea they put you under pressure for picking up your kid but in smoky weather they have party outside and outdoors activities. If your kid not 100 regulated they call you for early pick up or late drop off. If you complain manager calls you with high volume and says it is what it is. IT IS PART OF POLICY CHANGE YOUR DAYCARE. OUR TEACHERS CAN NOT CONTROL ALL THE KIDS. you know why? Because all the time they are working with tablet for sending negative messages to you.

My son goes here and this is the best thing to happen to him. They work with his speech, he is speech delayed, and keep me posted. They also keep me informed on everything going on and answer any questions I have, and I always have a lot. I would suggest this daycare to all of my friends.

Our child has been at Two Trees for almost 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier. Ms. Vicki, the teachers and all staff are professional, kind and compassionate when dealing with all the children who attend the center. They are always prompt at addressing issues and concerns in regards to our child’s well being and education. We are extremely grateful and appreciative of the work they do.
