Still waiting (6 months) for a copy of the original safety and paperwork on what was done after it stopped working under warranty. Now it sits with the same issue not working while they claim the warranty ran out. Shady customer service. When it was in for the repair under warranty they dropped my vehicle off without notifying me and put the keys in the neighbours mailbox all while leaving my vehicle unlocked. I was at the London cancer clinic at my fathers death bed for 72 hrs straight to come home and find it there. No one had called to tell me they had, finally, after 2 weeks, had fixed it. Which they had not. I had pleaded for 2 weeks that I needed my vehicle to get to the hospital. No response ever. If I could do NO stars I would and am thinking of legal action.

If you deal with these people don't deal with Jason. He wouldn't return my calls when I called during business hours". Told me he was looking into helping me get reimbursed for a $300.00 brake repair I had to get done back home

Stay clear of these crooks. Bought a van for $5000 cash. As soon as I got the van home the engine light came on. Took it back, they said they fixed it as I was something minor. Engine light comes on again, I took it back again. They kept it for two weeks, all they did again was reset it. Anyways long story short, engine light is still on and they will not return my calls. Stay clear of this place!!!

Hello, I represent Landscapes Canada and would like to say that I’ve had the pleasure in dealing with Scott. I read the negative reviews and had to assess for myself as ‘on paper’ and in the ad, the truck I was purchasing looked great... thought too good to be true. However this wasn’t the case. We’ve had great courteous service from the start. The truck did have some issues (rust etc) but nothing serious but Scott has assured us that it would be taken care of and ready and certified by 10 days. We are happy to wait in order to get an optimum vehicle. We are supposed to pick up truck in a few days. We will continue with the reviews and let you know how our experience is going in the near future.Update:Our company has had the vehicle for 9 months now and so far (knock on wood) no issues at all with the truck mechanically. We did have some issues with rust on the sides of the vehicle but we feel that is more a GM issue than a Parkrow Auto Sales Issue. Scott is great to work with and I would definitely do business here again.Landscapes Canada

I bought a 2005 Black pontiac G6 it was fully loaded except around the back wheel wells were rusted out badly. So Jason of park row auto exact words were When we are done with it you'll never even know it was ever THERE!!" So after driving for 2 weeks in early October the rust was coming back they did even match the same black shiny colour. So I called and they have me a loaner and now with the salt from the winter the rust is brutal! I'm a single mom of 2 and I can't afford to take it to a proper body shop! They obviously don't know what they are doing with body work. They should of dropped the price 500 and I would of met them half way. The body work on my car easily will be 1000! Here's the kicker after they " fixed it" I called Jason back 1.5 months ago to let him know the Mickey mouse job was falling apart he told me he has to talk to his boss and he'll get back to me! Well I'm still waiting!!!! I have been washing my car every week to get the salt off but it's a joke"

Intended to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter. The price was what got me here. They offer some of the lowest prices for comparable vehicles on Auto trader but that's all they do. Went to pick up the SUV we picked out after one week while it was being certified/safetied. To our surprise the the SUV was certified with still having most of its existing problems not completed. This is illegal and dangerous. When confronting the owner of this he said he'll nock off $100 Buck's. Are you serious! We took our deposit back and left immediately. Stay away from these type of dealers. They work off of volume and are croked. They should be investigated and I'm seriously considering notifying the ministry of transportation.

Simply don't go here, the prices are so low for a reason. Bought my first vehicle here and was promised many things would be taken care of prior to picking it up, none of which were. Took it to my mechanic and was told this car was rotting quickly. Never got to see clearly underneath due to the time i bought it (mid winter). Check engine light came on during the trip home due to an o2 sensor. Don't think the safeties for these things are really thoroughly assessed.

If I could give a negative star for this dealership I would. My experience here was like none other, horrible horrible horrible. Buyer beware is an understatement. When I purchased a presumed safe reliable car for our daughter to drive back and forth to college, I was disgusted and horrified with the disrespect and disregard for our safety. The car like any used car had a couple squeaks but nothing unusual, the salesman told us that if we had any concerns to make sure they were addressed and written on the contract, that way they had to fix it.The car was suppose to be safety certified and the rattle noise in the engine and the squeaks in the back end were to be fixed. The safety and the fixes were suppose to be done within 6 to 10 days. We called every day after the tenth day to find out when we could pick up the car and every day there was a new and different excuse as to why it was not ready. It needed struts and they had to order them, the mechanic is really busy, they are working on it.(In hindsight we should have backed out of the deal) After 21 days of waiting we finally got the call, the car is ready. When I picked up the car and signed the contract, I was reassured that everything was done. When I started the car the rattle was still there and was told it would go away in couple days and if not bring it back and they would fix it. I drove home there was klunking in the back end and every time I drove over a man hole, railroad tracks or any uneven pavement the backend swayed. I took the car back not once, not twice, but 5 times and they could not figure out what was wrong. Call after call and no return calls I had to physically go to the dealership and complain over and over, promised it would be fixed, dropped off the car multiple times only to be there a day and never worked on for days, it was at the dealership more than it was in my driveway. I got the car back the third time and I could not drive the car in the snow because it was all over the road and I had no control. I got an appointment at CT and drove it to Woodstock terrified I was going to end up in the ditch. After a LICENSED mechanic looked the car over he confirmed our darkest fear the car should not have been on the road and could not believe we drove the car in. The car needed ball joints and sway bar in the back, said the struts were not new and the fog lights did not work. (The guilt we had and still have as parents to have let our daughter drive the car in this condition still haunts us, she could have been injured or worse killed) I got a list of things that never should have of passed safety and drove back to Parkrow and demanded a copy of the safety because I was taking it to the MTO and making a formal complaint to OMVIC. I was immediately told to get off the property and would not give me a copy of the safety. The police were called by the dealership when we told them we were not leaving. The police arrived and sided with us and advised them to give us a copy of the safety and should reimburse us for the alignment that we paid for at CT. I do not blame the car, I blame the dealership. If you sell a car and sign a contract be a grown up and a decent human being and stand behind what you are selling. I did not buy a new car and know that there will be issues with a used car but if you buy something certified it should be certified and safe for the road. Why would anyone want harm to come to someone for money, something that could have easily been avoided by hiring responsible licenced employees and fixing the problems instead of covering them up. You people are in the wrong business and should be ashamed to work there.

I leased a Ford Aspire from them years ago. I drove it for 2days and it dief. Mike O'Leary told me it was the fuel pump. So he had the car at the shop for 3 months I difn't pay my monthly lease, because I didn't have the car. He told me I didn't pay so he gave the car to the wrecker. I seen it there and asked to buy it and he said I was not allowed. So I lost all my money and never was offered a replacement. They're swindlers. Don't trust them m

Just look at their ads for all the information you need. Any vehicle with semi high mileage that will appear undesirable will be listed with no mileage or 1km, forcing you to make contact with them, they will tell you they go through to many cars to track all the mileage but have no issue posting low mileage cars(it takes 2 seconds to grab the mileage to post) Their photos %99 of the time will have the steering will perfectly turned to block out the odometer or any other part of the gauge cluster they do not want you to see. They have some great deals but it is definitely buyer beware at this place as they are high volume sales, they offer a great price because they sell a lot of vehicles cheap fast. You really have to question how quickly their mechanics are flying through these safeties or just writing them up because there is nothing noticeably wrong upon driving the vehicle. I have been tempted by their great prices, but I can not stress enough that I would not do business with this type of dealer, you may get a great deal, they're bound to flip a couple real good cars here and there, but the risk far outweighs any potential reward.
