From the moment we entered the showroom to the completion of our project Divine Flooring exceeded all expectations. Randall was great to deal with. Very professional.and communications with him were excellent . Once we selected our flooring Randall and Jordan were somehow able to accommodate our project on very short notice. The quality of the work is superb. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Divine.

Highly recommend! Our contractor referred us to Divine Flooring during our renovation. We've been living with the hardwood floor for a year and it essentially looks new (despite our dog's best efforts!). Divine Flooring in Vancouver, B.C. installed a beautiful, engineered walnut floating floor throughout my apartment. After some time, I noticed the floor squeaking in front of my kitchen sink. I mentioned it to Jordan and he immediately agreed that it should be remedied and soon had it fixed to my complete satisfaction. Excellent service and quality products! My sister and I own a condo downtown and recently had two floods in our building that affected our beautiful vinyl flooring. Divine was able to find and order the exact flooring that we had previously and they patiently coordinated with our other team of technicians to complete the repairs flawlessly and on a time crunch for Thanksgiving weekend. Both Jordan and Randall have been amazing to work with - they are professional, have a great sense of humour and provide advice that we can trust. They made us feel lighter about our situation and we definitely felt like we were in good hands throughout the process. We've been extremely happy with the floor they installed 2 years ago. In that time, we had one board that had to be replaced and they were out to fix it in a week. And, just today, we had a knot in one of the boards that needed a slight touchup and Jordan was phenomenal in coming out and fixing it.

Renovations can be stressful, except when dealing with Divine Flooring. From the showroom to the quote to the final installation, it was by far the most stress free part of my renovation. Randall, Jordan, Jay and their team are a pleasure to work with. They were kind, patient and professional. I felt as though they really cared about the end product and me as a customer. Randall went the extra mile to make sure I found the flooring I wanted and Jordan went the extra mile to make sure the installation went well. Jordan and his team came to fix a botched job that my contractor’s flooring guy did. The floor wasn’t properly levelled and planks werent even. Jordans team pulled out existing flooring, levelled the floors and replaced with new planks. This wasn’t an easy job as the cabinets, baseboards and island were already installed. They did a great job and they didn’t cut any corners. They repaired the floors to last a long time not just a quick fix. These guys know what they are doing!

I researched several flooring companies. I eventually decided on Divine because of their fabulous flooring options, equally so, their service. Trusting your choice is really important. Danny definitely gave me that confidence from the beginning and certainly to my end results of beautiful new floors. Gabriel was responsible for the installation. An incredibly experienced, confident and responsive person, such a pleasure to have in my home, to not just get the job finished but to my complete satisfaction. Let's face it, renos can be stressful. To have a caring team of such caliber really made the entire process less so.
