I had some issues with a zodiac I purchased 4 years ago.Jacob and Jamie the owner arranged a brand new zodiac for me.From a customer care point of view, these guy are the absolute total package.This is my second zodiac and I also bought my outboard engine with these guys.Jamie has always been very honest ,and he is a No bs kind of person.Shop no further go to CO2 inflatables.5 stars from a happy customer

My wife and I recently decided to upgrade our dinghy, as a tender to our Trawler. We did our homework and purchased a Sport 300.Our experience with another dealer was disappointing to say the least so even though Highfield has a good reputation, we had low expectations on the service end.Wow, were we pleasantly surprised.Les was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and his after-sales service was particularly good with regular follow-up - answering our numerous email inquiries about delivery due to the shipping delays.When we took delivery, Vince did an excellent job going over the boat with us and making sure we know how to operate it. They even adjusted out trailer set up so the dinghy would fit and came up with a solution for a hoisting sling that we were very happy with.Everyone at this company has been very good to deal with. But it goes from good to excellent.We spent many hours researching the different types of dinghies. We measured the space on the upper deck of our trawler where the dinghy would be stored, but made a mistake - the bottom line being, that we bought a great dinghy, but the wrong dinghy for our needs.Many dealers would have taken an attitude of you bought it

I would give 10 stars if I could what a great experience...I purchased a Highfield tender and outboard. I was concerned it would be underpowered but Vince and I talked about it and agreed it should be fine....It turned out it was not enough (note to people bigger is better) and without missing a beat he let me exchange and upgrade without any of the eyerolling and well sir that is what you ordered" that I was waiting for and expected to be honest.....I tend to make quick decisions and then change my mind....So when I ordered a second smaller outboard for a friend that was a good deal I thought that it would be cut and dry and no hassles for them....but after Vince brought in the engine you know what i did I changed my mind again because (see note bigger is better) I realized there was a bigger engine now on sale that would work better....You know what I asked and you know what I got and you know I am a very very very happy customer....note also all the staff are friendly and helpful too. GO HERE FOR SURE and the Highfield tender is amazing btw"

They have always been very helpful with all my inflatable needs.I have been using them for years on all my needs from repairs to purchase of trailers, a new boat or engine. My husband Blair Seward and I purchased a Highfield CL310 dinghy, motor and trailer from Vince at CO2 Inflatables in Oakville this spring. I just purchased a Highfield 390 and Yamaha F40 with trailer package from CO2. I have dealt with Jamie the entire time. He and his team has bent over backwards to accommodate delivery of an outstanding product that is customized to our needs and our asks. They corrected, moved, shuffled, amended and adjusted to our every request. There were some small issues with the boat but I am very very pleased to say that Jamie and the team at CO2 did everything they could to make it right. To me a company that stands by their product and fixes any issues with no questions is the company to buy from. I would highly recommend them and I would be back in a heartbeat!
