Great variety of pies. Worth a visit or take a friend in town.

I went to New Pie Co. in hopes to picking up a banana cream pie. I was in luck and I bought an entire pie. The pie was huge and super delicious. It was the best dessert pie I ever had. I also met the owner and she was delightful. I was more than happy giving her my business. I would recommend New Pie Co. for anyone looking for incredible pies.

Everything is so freaking delicious. I can’t even recommend what to get, because you just can’t go wrong. I live in the east and will get delivery and the whole process is incredibly easy, and they’re such a delight to work with. What are you waiting for? Go get yourself a slice of pie! And get some butter mochi. And grab a bun too.

New Pie started off as a business with weekly drops, and I'm super glad they've expanded to having their own little pie location.Listen - these pies are delicious. They ain't your boring simple pies - they are unique, interesting, culturally diverse, AND delicious.I've legit ordered at least a dozen pies from them over the past year, and I promise you you'll love them if you give 'em a try.

I love pies: unabashedly and all types (including supermarket cheapies). This is a premium pie. You'll pay more, but you'll also be supporting a local business that uses really lovely ingredients and makes flavours that you're probably not used to seeing. I love the sturdy crust, I love the unexpected flavours from their honey pie and I've loved every interaction I've had with Sheila and her staff. Eat their pies.

Excellent pie and other baked goods: nice mix of classics, new ideas, and recontextualizations of other desserts. We bought a frozen pie, finished it in the oven following the instructions online, and it was amazing. They're clearly not cutting any corners, it's consistently excellent, pie crust is perfect, and the service is great.

Cute spot with creative flavours but I just don’t think the execution is 100% there for me. With pie, like pizza, it ultimately comes down to the crust. While New Pie Co’s is perfectly flakey, we found it to be rather flavourless and could benefit from more sugar. It was also somewhat dark and burnt on the one slice.Sadly the Ube Haupia was sold out, so we opted for the London Fog and Buko Crumble instead. The first had a rich, earthy tea base with a flan-like finish. However, we ended up just scraping off a completely flavourless whipped cream which could’ve easily passed for store bought whipped topping. The Buko crumble itself has great flavour but the fleshy filling was somewhat difficult to eat owing to the size of the coconut pieces. Also something I could personally take or leaveWe also tried both the Ube and cinnamon butter mochi too and found that the experience was more texture than flavour. Overall, I think New Pie is cute, but after trying 4 different products it had nothing which thus far would cause me to come back for more.

I'm a huge fan of this place. I applaud them for experimenting with new flavors and textures and pushing beyond your traditional go-tos - it makes going to the shop a fun experience. My personal favs are the Mango Chai (seasonal), the black bottom butter tart, and the cinnamon butter mochi. Looking forward to seeing what they come up with next!
